The present invention relates to a rebar fixing device, which can reduce a construction period and increase constructability by making rebar arranging work quick and simple during construction of a prefabricated retaining wall using a precast panel as a form and allows a structurally stable retaining wall to be formed by increasing bearing power of a support beam supporting a rear panel, and a prefabricated retaining wall using, as a form, a precast panel using the rebar fixing device. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the rebar fixing device supporting rebars arranged between the front and rear panels by being coupled to the support beam fixing the rear panel in the prefabricated retaining wall using the precast panel as the form comprises: a fixing plate coupled to the support beam; a support plate orthogonal to the fixing plate on a lower end of the fixing plate and extending horizontally; a locking plate extending to be upwardly inclined in a direction from an extended end of the support plate to the fixing plate to form a fitting space in which the rebars can be fitted between the fixing plate and the locking plate; a guide plate formed to be upwardly inclined in a direction from an extended end of the locking plate to the outside of the fixing plate; a cover plate orthogonal to the fixing plate on an upper end of the fixing plate and horizontally extending to prevent the inflow of foreign substances such that concrete is airtightly poured to make the prefabricated retaining wall using the precast panel as the form.
본 발명은 철근 고정장치 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 패널을 거푸집으로 하는 조립식옹벽에 관한 것으로, 프리캐스트 패널을 거푸집으로 하는 조립식 옹벽의 시공시 철근 배근 작업을 빠르고 간단하게 수행하여 공기 단축 및 시공성이 향상되도록 하고, 후면패널을 지지해주는 지지빔의 지지력이 향상되도록 하여 구조적으로도 안정적인 옹벽을 형성할 수 있도록 하는 철근 고정장치 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 패널을 거푸집으로 하는 조립식옹벽을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 프리캐스트패널을 거푸집으로 하는 조립식 옹벽에서 후면패널을 고정해주는 지지빔에 결합되어 전면패널과 후면패널 사이에 배근되는 철근을 지지해주는 철근 고정장치에 있어서, 지지빔에 결합되는 고정판; 상기 고정판의 하단에서 고정판과 직교되어 수평하게 연장되는 받침판; 상기 받침판의 연장된 끝단에서 고정판 방향으로 상향 경사지게 연장되어 고정판과의 사이에 철근이 끼워질 수 있는 끼움공간을 형성해주는 걸림판; 상기 걸림판의 연장된 끝단에서 고정판의 외측방향을 향해 상향 경사지게 형성되는 가이드판; 상기 고정판의 상단에서 고정판과 직교되어 수평하게 연장되어 이물질의 유입을 방지함으로써 콘크리트의 밀실한 타설이 이루어지도록 하는 덮개판;을 포함하여 구성된 철근 고정장치 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 패널을 거푸집으로 하는 조립식옹벽에 관한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
