Bridge pedestal distance measuring device for bridges
The present invention relates to a strain measuring device for maintenance and repair of an elastic bridge pedestal, comprising: a body part generating a difference value in which the inclination of the bridge span is reflected while moving the measuring device in a direction in which an elastic pedestal is installed, and calculating the amount of strain on the elastic pedestal in which the difference value is reflected; a module operating member formed on an upper portion of the body part and operating a measuring module such that the same is in contact with the outer surface of the elastic pedestal; and the measuring module which includes a measuring housing performing guidance such that the strain of the elastic pedestal is measured, a support housing coupled with the measuring housing and coupled with the module operating member, a rolling member provided on a front end portion of the measuring housing and brought into and out of the measuring housing according to the strain of the elastic pedestal while making contact with the outer surface of the elastic pedestal, a measuring sensor detecting the degree by which the rolling member is brought in and out of the measuring housing and transmitting the degree to the body part, a measurement guide member guiding an operation of inserting and drawing the rolling member, and an elastic body restoring the position of the measurement guide member. Thus, working efficiency can be improved.
본 발명은 교량의 탄성받침 유지 보수용 변형률 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 측정장치를 탄성받침이 설치된 방향으로 이동시키면서 교량의 상부 평탄면에 대한 경사도가 반형된 차이값을 생성하고, 상기 차이값이 반영된 탄성받침의 변형률을 산출하는 본체부; 상기 본체부의 상부에 구성되며, 측정모듈을 탄성받침의 외면에 접하도록 작동하는 모듈 작동부재; 및 탄성받침의 변형률 측정이 이루어지도록 안내하는 측정 하우징과, 상기 측정 하우징과 결합되며, 상기 모듈 작동부재와 결합되는 지지 하우징과, 상기 측정 하우징의 선단부에 구비되며, 탄성받침의 외면에 접하면서 상기 탄성받침의 변형률에 따라 측정 하우징의 내부로 인입 및 인출이 이루어지는 구름부재와, 상기 구름부재가 상기 측정 하우징의 내부로 인입 및 인출되는 정도를 감지하여 상기 본체부로 전송하는 측정센서와, 상기 구름부재의 인입 및 인출 작동을 가이드 하는 측정 가이드 부재와, 상기 측정 가이드 부재의 위치를 복원시키는 탄성체를 포함하는 측정모듈;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교량의 탄성받침 유지 보수용 변형률 측정장치.
