The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a reinforced cage by welding, which automatically produces a reinforced cage by automatically welding a main reinforcing bar to a hooped reinforcing bar. The apparatus for assembling a reinforced cage by welding according to the present invention comprises: a slide (A) provided on an upper surface of a discharge guide (30), configured to be moved forward and backward by forward and backward drive means (94d, 94e), and coupled to a front end of a reinforced cage (1) discharged from a reinforced cage manufacturing apparatus to convey the reinforced cage (1) to the front; and a control unit (80) controlling operations of a reinforced cage manufacturing unit (20) and the slide (A). By pulling the front end of the reinforced cage (1) manufactured by the reinforced cage manufacturing apparatus and conveyed to the front, the reinforced cage (1) discharged from the reinforced cage manufacturing apparatus can be prevented from being bent in the lateral direction.
본 발명은 본 발명은 주철근과 띠철근을 자동으로 상호 용접하여 자동으로 철근케이지를 제작하는 철근케이지 용접조립장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 철근케이지 용접조립장치는 상기 배출가이드(30)의 상면에 구비되어 전후진구동수단(94d,94e)에 의해 전후진되도록 구성되며 상기 철근케이지제조장치에서 배출되는 철근케이지(1)의 전단부에 결합되어 철근케이지(1)를 전방으로 이송하는 이송대(A)와, 상기 철근케이지제조유닛(20)과 이송대(A)의 작동을 제어하는 제어유닛(80)이 더 구비되어, 상기 철근케이지제조장치에 의해 제조되어 전방으로 이송되는 철근케이지(1)의 전단부를 전방으로 당김으로써, 철근케이지제조장치에서 배출되는 철근케이지(1)가 측방향으로 휘게되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
