Brackets for mounting railing or fence
The present invention relates to a bracket for installation of a rail or a fence, comprising: a fixing member fixed to any one of members requiring a connection for installation of a fence or a rail; a fixing shaft member provided to protrude from the fixing member and having a first rotary coupling portion provided on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a pair of ball housings respectively provided on both sides of the fixing shaft member, each having a second rotary coupling portion provided on the inner sides thereof facing each other to be rotatably coupled to the first rotary coupling portion while surrounding the same, and having ball receiving portions having a curvature and provided on the inner sides thereof facing each other on the ends thereof; a ball rotatably mounted in the ball receiving portions to suppress separation thereof and having a movable shaft provided to protrude from the ball receiving portions; a fixing bolt screwed to a fixing nut through each of the ball housings to avoid the ball to couple the ball housings, thereby being rotatably fixed to the fixing shaft member and suppressing the ball from being separated from the ball receiving portions; and a hinge coupling portion provided on an end of the movable shaft. According to the present invention, an inter-shaft angle can be adjusted while allowing for the rotation using the multiple shafts such that a connection structure for the installation of the fence or rail has various angles and positions, thereby installing the rail or fence in various forms. As a result, limitations on installation spaces for the rail or fence can be eliminated, and the rail or fence can be conveniently installed.
본 발명은 펜스나 난간의 설치를 위해 연결이 필요한 부재 중 어느 하나에 고정되는 고정부재; 상기 고정부재에 돌출되도록 마련되고, 외주면에 제 1 회전결합부가 마련되는 고정축부재; 상기 고정축부재의 양측에 각각 설치되도록 한 쌍으로 이루어지고, 상기 제 1 회전결합부를 감싸서 회전 가능하게 결합되도록 서로 마주보는 내측면에 제 2 회전결합부가 마련되며, 각각의 끝단에 서로 마주보는 내측면에 곡률을 가지는 볼수용부가 마련되는 볼하우징; 상기 볼수용부 내에 이탈이 억제되도록 회전 가능하도록 장착되고, 상기 볼수용부로부터 돌출되도록 가동축이 마련되는 볼; 상기 볼을 회피하도록 상기 볼하우징 각각을 서로 관통하여 고정너트에 나사 체결됨으로써, 상기 볼하우징을 서로 결합시켜서 상기 고정축부재에 회전 가능하게 고정될 뿐만 아니라, 상기 볼이 상기 볼수용부로부터 이탈이 억제되도록 하는 고정볼트; 및 상기 가동축의 끝단에 마련되는 힌지결합부;를 포함하도록 한 난간 또는 펜스 설치용 브라켓에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 다축에 의한 회동이 가능하도록 하면서 축간에 각도 조절이 가능하도록 함으로써, 펜스나 난간의 설치를 위한 연결구조가 다양한 각도와 자세를 이루도록 하고, 이로 인해 난간이나 펜스가 다양한 형태로 설치될 수 있도록 함으로써, 난간이나 펜스 설치의 장소적 제약을 해소할 뿐만 아니라, 난간이나 펜스의 편리한 설치를 가능하도록 한다.
