FLUSH DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a flush door handle assembly for a vehicle, which can move a handle unit through linear movement. More specifically, the present invention relates to a flush door handle assembly for a vehicle, which comprises: a housing arranged at an internal side of a door panel; a handle unit arranged in the housing by penetrating the door panel, and having an external side surface placed at the same height of an external side surface of the door panel in a storage position in which the handle unit is inserted into the door panel; and a drive means linearly moving the handle unit between drawn-out pop-up positions to control the storage position and opening of a door. The handle unit is provided in the shape corresponding to a through hole formed in the door panel to seal an internal side of the door panel at the pop-up positions. As stated above, the handle unit is formed to linearly move to prevent a clearance between the through hole formed in the door panel.
본 발명은 직선 이동을 통하여 핸들부를 이동시킬 수 있는 차량용 플러쉬 도어핸들 조립체에 관한 것으로, 상기 차량용 플러쉬 도어핸들 조립체는 도어 패널의 내측에 배치되는 하우징과, 상기 도어 패널을 관통하여 상기 하우징에 배치되고 외측면이 상기 도어 패널의 내부로 인입된 수납위치에서 상기 도어 패널의 외측면과 동일한 높이에 위치하는 핸들부, 그리고 상기 핸들부를 상기 수납위치와 도어의 오픈 조작이 가능하도록 인출된 팝업위치 간을 직선 이동시키는 구동수단을 포함하고, 상기 핸들부는 상기 도어 패널에 형성된 관통홀에 대응되는 형상으로 마련되어 상기 팝업위치에서 상기 도어 패널의 내측을 밀폐하도록 마련된다. 이러한 구성으로, 핸들부를 직선 이동시키도록 구성하여 도어 패널에 형성된 관통홀과의 유격 발생을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
