The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a road sign and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a road sign on which a plurality of printing films are attached. The method for manufacturing a road sign comprises: a first step of printing a display unit on the printing films; a second step of attaching the printing films to reflection sheets while the printing films are in close contact with the reflection sheets; a third step of attaching a first protection film coated with silicon to a surface of the printing films; a fourth step of preparing a foundation plate to which the reflection sheets are to be attached; a fifth step of enabling the reflection sheets to face each other not to be overlapped or broadened to be attached on the foundation plate; and a sixth step of attaching a second protective film having a thickness less than 50 μm and upper and lower, and left and right elongation more than 120% over a first protective film to cover the facing attached portion.
본 발명은 도로표지판 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 복수의 인쇄필름이 붙은 도로표지판을 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 인쇄필름에 표시부를 인쇄하는 제1단계; 상기 인쇄필름을 반사시트에 밀착시키면서 부착하는 제2단계; 상기 인쇄필름 표면에 실리콘이 코팅된 제1 보호필름을 부착하는 제3단계; 상기 반사시트가 부착될 기초판을 준비하는 제4단계; 상기 반사시트를 겹치거나 간격이 벌어지지 않도록 맞대어 기초판 위에 부착하는 제5단계; 및 두께가 50μm이하이고, 연신율이 상하좌우 모두 120% 이상인 제2 보호필름을 상기 맞대어 부착된 부분을 덮을 수 있도록 상기 제1 보호필름 위에 부착하는 제6단계;를 포함한다.
