WALL PANEL FINISHING APPARATUS OF REMOVABLE FINISHING PANEL STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a wall panel finishing apparatus of a detachable finishing panel structure, capable of constructing a wall surface in a short time. According to the present invention, the wall panel finishing apparatus of a detachable finishing panel structure comprises: a framework (100) including a plurality of upright frames (110), an upper frame (120) interconnecting the upper end of the upright frame (110), and a lower frame (130) interconnecting the lower end of the upright frame (110); a plurality of horizontal locking frames (200) installed from a side to a lower side in one side direction of the framework (100) and having an insertion piece (22) integrally formed on an upper end; and a finishing panel (400) installed on one side surface of the framework (100) via a plurality of locking units (300) mounted to be locked in the insertion piece (220).
본 발명은 착탈식 마감패널 구종의 벽체 마감장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 수평걸이프레임에 목재합판의 마감패널을 착탈가능하게 장착하여 벽면 시공을 단시간내에 이룰 수 있도록 함은 물론 다수개의 마감패널 중 어느 하나의 마감패널이 파손되는 경우, 파손된 마감패널만을 손쉽게 교체할 수 있도록 하는 착탈식 마감패널 구조의 벽체 마감장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상호 일정간격 이격되게 설치되는 다수개의 직립프레임(110)과, 상기 직립프레임(110)의 상단을 상호 연결하도록 설치되는 상부프레임(120)과, 상기 직립프레임(110)의 하단을 상호 연결하도록 설치되는 하부프레임(130)으로 이루어진 프레임골격(100); 상기 프레임골격(100)의 일측면 방향에 상측에서 하측으로 상호 일정간격 이격되게 설치되되 상단에 삽입편(220)이 일체로 형성된 다수개의 수평걸이프레임(200); 상기 삽입편(220)에 걸림되게 장착되는 다수개의 걸림유닛(300)을 매개로 상기 프레임골격(100)의 일측면에 설치되는 마감패널(400);로 구성되고, 상기 걸림유닛(300)은, 상기 마감패널(400)의 배면에 장착되는 장착편(310)과, 상기 장착편(310)의 하단에서 상기 수평걸이프레임(200)방향으로 연장되는 연장편(320)과, 상기 연장편(320)의 단부에서 하측방향으로 연장되게 형성되는 걸이편(330)으로 이루어져 상기 마감패널(400)의 배면과 상기 걸이편(330) 사이에 상기 삽입편(220)이 삽입되어 걸림되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
