The present invention relates to a thermoplastic rubberized asphalt coating film waterproof agent which is composed by respectively adding and mixing 70 to 90 parts by weight of ethyl bromide, 60 to 80 parts by weight of isopropyl bromide, 50 to 70 parts by weight of dichloromethane sodium acetate, 40 to 60 parts by weight of tetrahydrofuran, 30 to 50 parts by weight of a coumarone indene resin, 20 to 40 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene-styrene polymer, 10 to 30 parts by weight of methylmagnesium iodide, 5 to 15 parts by weight of dioctylphthalate, and 3 to 5 parts by weight of diisononylphthalate, and 2 to 4 parts by weight of bromobenzene based on 100 parts by weight of the straight asphalt with 100 parts by weight of straight asphalt.
본 발명에 의하면, 스트레이트 아스팔트 100중량부에, 상기 스트레이트 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로 각각 에틸브로마이드 70~90중량부, 이소프로필브로마이드 60~80중량부, 디클로로메탄쇼듐아세테이트 50~70중량부, 테트라하이드로퓨란 40~60중량부, 쿠마론인덴 수지 30∼50중량부, 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 중합체 20~40중량부, 메틸마그네슘아이오다이드 10~30중량부, 디옥틸프탈레이트 5∼15중량부, 디이소노닐프탈레이트 3∼5중량부 및 브로모벤젠 2~4중량부가 첨가 및 혼합되는 구성을 가지는 열가소성 고무화 아스팔트 도막방수제가 제공된다.
