Sewage sludge solid material manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sewage sludge solid material. More specifically, the present invention relates to an enhanced method for manufacturing a sewage sludge solid material which can solve complaints caused by malodor generated during collection, transfer, mixing, and curing of the sewage sludge for solidifying the sewage sludge, while the deterioration in utilization value of solids as solid materials (e.g. aggregates for building materials) due to high moisture and vitrification failure is prevented, and which can create an efficient and high recycling value.
본 발명은 하수슬러지 고형재 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 하수슬러지를 고형화시키기 위해 수거, 이송, 혼합, 양생하는 도중에 발생되는 극심한 악취에 따른 민원문제를 해소하면서 높은 함수율과 유리화 불량에 따른 고형재(예. 건자재용 골재)로서의 활용가치 저하를 막고, 효율적이면서 높은 재활용가치성을 창출할 수 있도록 개선된 하수슬러지 고형재 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
