WATERPROOFING SYSTEM FOR UNDERGROUND PARKING LOT IN APARTMENT BUILDING
The present invention includes: a first drain way formed in a floor part inside a block type inner wall stacked inside a concrete outer wall at a distance therefrom; a perforated grating covering the upper part of the first drain way; a collection part installed in a place of the upper part of the first drain way, which does not cause interference in the grating, and collecting water discharged along the first drain way; a drainage inducting block stacked in the floor part of the block type inner wall; a second drain way formed between the concrete outer wall and inner wall; a drainage inducing pipe connected to the second drain way from the collection part via the drainage inducing block to be placed over the second drain way to lead the water collected in the collection part; a separation inducing part exposed outside the first drain way when the grating is separated from the first drain way, and separating the cover of the collection part from the first drain way by manipulating an exposed lever member; a concealing part finishing the lever member by inserting the lever member into a placement protrusion of the first drain way when the grating is placed on the first drain way; and a passage providing part preventing interference between the cover and drainage inducing pipe when a worker separates the cover from the first drain way as the cover becomes distant from the first drain way due to the operation of the separation inducing part. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing the cover or drainage inducting pipe from being deformed or damaged during cleaning work.
본 발명은, 콘크리트 외벽의 안쪽에 일정 간격을 두고 조적되는 블록식 내벽의 안쪽의 바닥부에 형성되는 제1배수로; 상기 제1배수로의 상부를 덮는 유공의 그레이팅; 상기 제1배수로의 상부 중에서 상기 유공의 그레이팅과 간섭을 일으키지 않는 곳에 설치되며 상기 제1배수로를 따라 배수되는 물을 집수하는 집수부; 상기 블록식 내벽의 바닥부에 다른 블록과 조적식으로 설치되는 배수유도블록; 상기 콘크리트 외벽과 블록식 내벽의 사이에 형성되는 제2배수로; 상기 집수부에서 상기 배수유도블록을 경유한 후 상기 제2배수로에 걸쳐 배관되어 상기 집수부에 집수되는 물을 상기 제2배수로로 유도하는 배수유도관; 상기 그레이팅을 상기 제1배수로로부터 분리시키면 상기 제1배수로 외부로 노출되고, 노출되는 레버부재를 조작하여 상기 집수부의 덮개를 상기 제1배수로로부터 이격시키는 이격유도부; 상기 그레이팅을 상기 제1배수로에 안착시키면 상기 레버부재를 상기 제1배수로의 안착턱부 내측으로 삽입시키며 마감하는 엄폐부; 및 상기 이격유도부의 작동에 의해 상기 덮개가 상기 제1배수로로부터 이격되어 작업자가 상기 덮개를 상기 제1배수로로부터 분리시킬 때에 상기 덮개와 상기 배수유도관이 간섭되는 것을 방지하는 통로제공부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
