Cluster hammer with vibration and sound reduction mechanism
The present invention relates to a cluster hammer which has a plurality of hammer units to be able to reduce vibration and noise. According to the present invention, the cluster hammer comprises: a top guide; a main body; and a drive guide, which are detachably engaged with one another. The top guide includes: a valve hole to allow air to be introduced; and a valve seat. The main body includes a case insertion unit in a vertically penetrated shape to communicate with the valve hole and to allow air to be introduced. The drive guide includes a bit insertion unit in a vertically penetrated shape by communicating with the case insertion unit. A check valve is installed to be able to move towards or from the valve seat to make the air flow disconnected in one direction from the valve hole, and a piston makes reciprocating motions by the air introduced through the valve hole. The case insertion unit includes a piston case (100) mounted, whose body (101) accommodates the piston. On the outer circumferential surface of an upper end and a lower end of the body (101), protruding bumps (105a, 105c) are placed in a circumferential direction. The outer circumferential surface and the protruding bumps (105a, 105b, 105c) of the body (101) are coated with a soundproof film (103). Accordingly, the present invention is able to reduce vibration and noise, to prevent the cluster hammer from being peeled off or contaminated with stain due to high heat during work, and to relieve the effort and inconvenience of performing maintenance.
다수개의 함마유닛이 장착되어 진동과 소음이 저감될 수 있는 구조의 조합함마가 개시된다. 이러한 조합함마는 탑가이드, 본체, 드라이브가이드를 구비하며 서로 탈부착 가능하게 서로 결합된다. 탑가이드에는 에어가 유입될 수 있도록 밸브공이 마련되며, 밸브시트가 마련된다. 상기 본체는 밸브공과 연통하여 에어가 유입될 수 있도록 상하 관통된 형상의 케이스삽입부가 마련된다. 상기 드라이브가이드는 케이스삽입부와 연통하여 상하 관통된 형상의 비트삽입부가 마련된다. 체크밸브는 밸브공에서 에어의 흐름이 일방향으로 단속되도록 하기 위해 상기 밸브시트로 진퇴 가능하게 설치되며, 피스톤이 밸브공을 통하여 유입된 에어에 의하여 왕복 이동한다. 상기 케이스삽입부에는 피스톤케이스(100)가 장착되며, 상기 피스톤케이스(100)의 바디(101)가 피스톤을 수용하며, 상기 바디(101)의 상단과 하단의 외주면에 원주방향으로 돌출턱(105a,105c)이 마련되어 있으며, 상기 바디(101)의 외주면과 돌출턱(105a,105b,105c)에 방음막(103)이 피복된다. 이에 따라 진동과 소음이 저감되고 작업시 고열에 따른 벗겨짐이나 눌러 붙음으로써 유지보수의 수고로움이나 불편함이 해소된다.

The present invention relates to a cluster hammer which has a plurality of hammer units to be able to reduce vibration and noise. According to the present invention, the cluster hammer comprises: a top guide; a main body; and a drive guide, which are detachably engaged with one another. The top guide includes: a valve hole to allow air to be introduced; and a valve seat. The main body includes a case insertion unit in a vertically penetrated shape to communicate with the valve hole and to allow air to be introduced. The drive guide includes a bit insertion unit in a vertically penetrated shape by communicating with the case insertion unit. A check valve is installed to be able to move towards or from the valve seat to make the air flow disconnected in one direction from the valve hole, and a piston makes reciprocating motions by the air introduced through the valve hole. The case insertion unit includes a piston case (100) mounted, whose body (101) accommodates the piston. On the outer circumferential surface of an upper end and a lower end of the body (101), protruding bumps (105a, 105c) are placed in a circumferential direction. The outer circumferential surface and the protruding bumps (105a, 105b, 105c) of the body (101) are coated with a soundproof film (103). Accordingly, the present invention is able to reduce vibration and noise, to prevent the cluster hammer from being peeled off or contaminated with stain due to high heat during work, and to relieve the effort and inconvenience of performing maintenance.
다수개의 함마유닛이 장착되어 진동과 소음이 저감될 수 있는 구조의 조합함마가 개시된다. 이러한 조합함마는 탑가이드, 본체, 드라이브가이드를 구비하며 서로 탈부착 가능하게 서로 결합된다. 탑가이드에는 에어가 유입될 수 있도록 밸브공이 마련되며, 밸브시트가 마련된다. 상기 본체는 밸브공과 연통하여 에어가 유입될 수 있도록 상하 관통된 형상의 케이스삽입부가 마련된다. 상기 드라이브가이드는 케이스삽입부와 연통하여 상하 관통된 형상의 비트삽입부가 마련된다. 체크밸브는 밸브공에서 에어의 흐름이 일방향으로 단속되도록 하기 위해 상기 밸브시트로 진퇴 가능하게 설치되며, 피스톤이 밸브공을 통하여 유입된 에어에 의하여 왕복 이동한다. 상기 케이스삽입부에는 피스톤케이스(100)가 장착되며, 상기 피스톤케이스(100)의 바디(101)가 피스톤을 수용하며, 상기 바디(101)의 상단과 하단의 외주면에 원주방향으로 돌출턱(105a,105c)이 마련되어 있으며, 상기 바디(101)의 외주면과 돌출턱(105a,105b,105c)에 방음막(103)이 피복된다. 이에 따라 진동과 소음이 저감되고 작업시 고열에 따른 벗겨짐이나 눌러 붙음으로써 유지보수의 수고로움이나 불편함이 해소된다.
