The present invention relates to a structure for installing a stretch sheet with a light leakage prevention gasket, which uses the gasket to increase light leakage prevention and sealing power. According to the present invention, the structure for installing a stretch sheet is formed by coupling a frame (100) with the gasket (300). The frame (100) comprises: a base (105); a locking part (110) vertically and downwardly protruding from the base (105); a connection part (115) horizontally extended from the upper part of the locking part (110); and a sheet support part (120) vertically and downwardly extended from an end of the connection part (115) by a greater length than that of the locking part (110). The gasket (300) includes a spear-shaped locking step part (320) and a central part (305).
본 발명은 프레임(100)과 가스켓(300)의 결합으로 이루어지는 스트레치 시트 설치용 구조물에서, 프레임(100)은, 천장 또는 벽체 등의 설치대상물에 밀착 결합되는 베이스(105)와, 베이스(105)로부터 수직 하방으로 형성되고 하단부에 하푼걸림턱이 돌출되는 걸림부(110)와, 걸림부(110)의 상부에서 수평방향으로 연장 형성되는 연결부(115)와, 연결부(115)의 끝단으로부터 수직 하방으로 형성되어 걸림부(110)보다 길게 연장 형성되는 시트지지부(120)로 구성되되, 베이스(105)의 하부에 가스켓결합홈부(200)가 길이 방향으로 관통 형성되고, 가스켓결합홈부(200) 내부의 윗면과 아랫면에 반원형의 가압돌기(205)가 길이방향으로 돌출하여 더 구성되며, 상기 가스켓(300)은, 전체적으로 중심부(305) 좌우로 V자형의 양 날개를 갖는 대칭 구조를 이루고, 단부의 양 날개부(310)는 완만한 곡선을 이루며 벌어지는 구조로 성형되며, 양 날개부(310)의 단부로부터 중심부(305)쪽으로 일정한 길이만큼 들어가 가스켓결합홈부(200)의 가압돌기(205)와 대향되는 반원형의 대향돌기(315)가 길이방향으로 돌출하여 형성되고, 대향돌기(315)에서 중심부(305)쪽으로 가면서 단면 두께가 두꺼워지다가 걸림턱에서 꺾어져 다시 얇아지는 창모양의 걸림턱부(320)와, 가스켓(300)을 시공용 주걱 등의 공구로 찔러 가스켓결합홈부(200)에 밀어넣을 때 날끝이 가닿는 중심부(305)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빛샘 차단용 가스켓이 구비된 스트레치 시트 설치용 구조물에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 설치대상물에 프레임을 나사 등 체결수단으로 밀착 고정하는 작업 과정에서 가스켓결합홈부의 가압돌기와 가스켓의 대향돌기가 맞물리면서 가스켓의 양 날개부가 수직 방향으로 이동하여 벽체와의 밀착을 더욱 높이는 구조로 작동하고, 가스켓을 이용한 빛샘 차단 및 밀폐력을 더 높일 수 있으며, 현장 시공성을 높여 공사기간 단축과 함께 시공의 경제성을 도모할 수 있다.
