SALT FARM FLOOR STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SALT FARM FLOOR
The present invention relates to a salt farm floor structure and a method for constructing the same, and more specifically, to a salt farm floor structure and a method for constructing the same, which are able to, in a process of making salt, form and polish a concrete layer on a salt farm floor by using eco-friendly cement, to prevent hazardous substances, to have durability which is not easily damaged even if an external load is applied, and to have a structure that prevents leachate and gas from the salt farm floor from flowing backward. According to the present invention, the salt farm floor structure comprises: a perforated drainpipe buried in the salt farm mud flat floor; a concrete layer placed on an upper surface of the mud flat floor; and a gas-liquid separator connected to an end of the perforated drainpipe to separate the gas from the leachate, which are discharged through the perforated drainpipe, and to discharge the gas and the leachate. According to the present invention, the method for constructing the salt farm floor structure in a method for constructing the salt farm floor, comprises: a step of forming a ditch on the salt farm mud flat floor into which the perforated drainpipe is placed; a step of placing the perforated drainpipe inside the ditch to fill the inside of the ditch with a filling aggregate; a step of placing the concrete layer on an upper side of the salt farm floor to pave an upper surface of the salt farm floor; and a step of polishing an upper surface of the concrete layer.
본 발명은 염전용 바닥 구조 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 염전 바닥을 친환경 시멘트를 이용하여 콘크리트층 바닥을 형성하고 연마함으로써 소금을 만드는 과정에서 유해 물질이 발생되지 않고 외부의 하중을 받더라도 쉽게 파손되지 않는 내구성을 가질 뿐만 아니라 염전 바닥의 침출수와 가스가 역류되지 않게 배출되는 구조를 갖는 염전 바닥 구조 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 염전 바닥 구조는, 염전 갯벌 바닥에 매설된 유공관과, 상기 갯벌 바닥의 상면에 타설된 콘크리트층과, 상기 유공관의 말단에 연결되어 상기 유공관을 통해 배출되는 가스와 침출수를 분리하여 배출하는 기액 분리기가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하고, 본 발명에 따른 염전 바닥 시공 방법은, 염전 바닥을 시공하는 염전 바닥 시공 방법에 있어서, 염전 갯벌 바닥에 유공관 매설 도랑을 파는 도랑 형성 단계와, 상기 도랑의 내부에 유공관을 배관하고 그 도랑 내부에 채움 골재를 채우는 골재 충진 단계와, 상기 염전 바닥 상부에 콘크리트층을 타설하여 염전 바닥 상면을 포장하는 바닥 포설 단계와, 상기 콘크리트층 상면을 연마하는 연마 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
