M-Bar Braket
The present invention relates to an M-bar bracket capable of more conveniently and tightly fixing an M-bar and a carrying channel when a finishing material needs to be installed in an inner part of a building such as a ceiling or wall. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the M-bar bracket is combined with a carrying channel, which includes an opening part formed on one side to be opened in a longitudinal direction, and an M-bar, which includes an opening part formed on one side to be opened in a longitudinal direction and an M-bar protrusion curved to face both sides of the opening part, to fix the carrying channel and the M-bar. The M-bar bracket includes: a vertical part connected with a closed surface of a side facing the opening part of the carrying channel; a horizontal part curved in the upper part of the vertical part, and connected with the upper surface of the carrying channel; a first curved fixing part formed at an end of the horizontal part, and curved to surround the upper surface of the carrying channel; a support piece formed in the center of the lower part of the vertical part, and supporting the lower surface of the carrying channel; a hanging piece curved on both sides of the lower part of the vertical part, and combined with the M-bar to be located between a lateral surface of the M-bar and the inside of the M-bar protrusion; and an M-bar hanging groove formed between the hanging piece and the vertical part, and formed to enable an end of the M-bar hanging protrusion of the M-bar to be inserted thereinto.
본 발명은 천정이나 벽면 등의 건물 내부에 마감재를 설치할 때 캐링채널과 엠바를 보다 간편하고 견고하게 고정할 수 있는 엠바 브라켓에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 형태에 따르면, 일면에 길이방향을 따라 개구된 개구부가 형성되는 캐링채널과, 일면에 길이방향을 따라 개구된 개구부가 형성되며 개구부의 양측면이 내측으로 대향되게 절곡 형성된 엠바걸림턱이 형성된 엠바에 각각 결합되어 상기 캐링채널과 엠바를 고정하는 엠바 브라켓에 있어서, 상기 엠바 브라켓은, 상기 캐링채널의 개구부와 마주보는 측의 닫힌면이 연접되는 수직부, 상기 수직부의 상측에 절곡 형성되며, 상기 캐링채널의 상측면과 연접되는 수평부, 상기 수평부의 단부에 형성되며, 절곡되면서 상기 캐링채널의 상측면을 감싸도록 형성된 제1절곡고정부, 상기 수직부의 하측 가운데에 형성되며, 상기 캐링채널의 하측면을 지지하는 지지편, 상기 수직부의 하측 양 측면에 각각 절곡 형성되며, 상기 엠바의 측면과 엠바걸림턱의 내측 사이에 위치되도록 상기 엠바에 결합되는 걸림편, 상기 걸림편과 수직부 사이에 형성되며, 상기 엠바의 엠바걸림턱 단부가 삽입되도록 형성되는 엠바걸림홈을 포함하는 엠바 브라켓이 개시된다.

The present invention relates to an M-bar bracket capable of more conveniently and tightly fixing an M-bar and a carrying channel when a finishing material needs to be installed in an inner part of a building such as a ceiling or wall.
