The present invention relates to a safety screen. A screen frame is installed. A screen is inserted and connected into a guide wall in a frame of the screen frame. A fixing gasket is inserted inside through an insertion hole, and an end of the fixing gasket is inserted between the guide walls. A finishing member is attached along the insertion hole, and a coupling member is coupled by being penetrated by the finishing member. The fixing gasket compulsorily inserted between the guide walls through the insertion hole of the screen frame pushes the screen to the insertion hole. So, the screen is inserted between the guide walls, and the finishing member strongly fixed to the frame of the screen frame by the coupling member finishes the insertion hole and the frame of the screen at same time. So, the stainless or aluminum frame of the screen is prevented from being damaged. According to the present invention, the frame of the screen fixed to the screen frame is finished by the finishing member, and the frame of the screen is not exposed to the outside. Also, the safety screen prevents a user from being injured by the stainless or aluminum frame of the screen, by the finishing of the frame of the screen. The screen inserted between the guide walls is firstly fixed by the fixing gasket. The coupling member is coupled by being penetrated by the fixing gasket, and the fixing gasket fixing the screen can be strongly fixed. The safety screen prevents the fixing gasket from being separated between the guide walls by the screen pulled by string fixing of the fixing gasket. Also, the screen is maintained while being strongly fixed to the screen frame by preventing the separation of the fixing gasket. So, the safety screen can improve reliability of a product.
본 발명은 안전 방충망에 관한 것으로, 방충망틀을 구비하고, 이 방충망틀 테두리에 가이드벽 내로 방충망을 삽입 결합하며, 진입홀을 통해 고정가스켓을 밀어넣어 그 말단이 가이드벽 사이로 진입되도록 하고, 진입홀을 따라 마감부재를 밀착하되, 이 마감부재로 체결부재를 관통체결함으로써, 방충망틀의 진입홀을 통해 가이드벽 사이로 억지 끼움되는 고정가스켓이 방충망을 진입홀 방향으로 밀어넣어, 이 방충망이 가이드벽 사이로 진입되고, 체결부재에 의해 방충망틀 테두리에 견고하게 고정된 마감부재가 진입홀과 동시에 방충망 테두리를 마감하여, 스테인리스 또는 알루미늄 재질의 방충망 테두리에 상해를 입는 것이 방지된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 방충망틀에 고정 설치된 방충망 테두리가 마감부재에 마감되어, 외부로 방충망 테두리가 노출되지 않고, 이 방충망 테두리 마감으로 사용자가 스테인리스 또는 알루미늄 재질의 방충망 테두리에 상해를 입을 우려가 없으며, 가이드벽 사이로 진입된 방충망을 고정가스켓으로 1차 고정하되, 이 고정가스켓으로 체결부재를 관통체결하여 방충망을 고정하는 고정가스켓을 견고하게 고정할 수 있으며, 고정가스켓의 견고한 고정으로 당겨지는 방충망에 의해 고정가스켓이 가이드벽 사이에서 이탈될 우려가 없고, 고정가스켓의 이탈 방지로 방충망이 방충망틀에 견고하게 고정된 상태로 유지되어, 제품의 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
