The present invention relates to a reaction support for press fitting a reinforcing pile, which allows anchor bolts to be settled by using drilled holes drilled to press fit a conventional reinforcing pile for base reinforcement when the reinforcing pile is press fitted to eliminate the need for drilling of additional anchor holes and firmly settle the anchor bolts, thereby stably press fitting the reinforcing pile, and to a press fitting method for a reinforcing pile using the reaction support. According to the present invention, the reaction support for press fitting a reinforcing pile for press fitting a reinforcing pile into a lower portion of a base comprises: four anchor bolts inserted into drilled holes formed in a concrete base and settled by mortar filled in the drilled holes such that upper and lower ends thereof respectively protrude to upper and lower portions of the base; a guide sleeve provided between the anchor bolts to guide press fitting of the reinforcing pile; support steel bars coupled to upper portion of the anchor bolts; a pressure plate provided on upper portions the support steel bars to press the reinforcing pile; a hydraulic jack provided on an upper portion of the pressure plate to pressurize the pressure plate; an expansion link member consisting of a pair of link bars hinged to be foldable to each other and coupling two neighboring anchor bolts; and coupling plates interconnecting lower ends of opposing anchor bolts.
본 발명은 기존 기초 보강을 위한 보강파일의 압입 시공시, 보강파일 압입을 위해 천공되는 천공홀을 이용하여 앵커볼트를 정착함으로써, 추가적인 앵커홀 천공이 필요 없고 앵커볼트가 견고하게 정착되어 보강파일을 안정적으로 압입할 수 있는 보강파일 압입용 반력대 및 이를 이용한 보강파일 압입 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 보강파일 압입용 반력대는 기초의 하부에 보강파일을 압입하기 위한 것으로, 상하단이 각각 기초의 상하부로 돌출되도록 콘크리트 기초에 형성된 천공홀에 삽입되어 천공홀 내부에 충전되는 모르타르에 의해 정착되는 4개의 앵커볼트; 상기 복수의 앵커볼트 사이에 구비되어 보강파일의 압입을 가이드하는 가이드 슬리브; 상기 앵커볼트의 상부에 결합되는 지지강봉; 상기 지지강봉의 상부에 구비되어 보강파일을 가압하는 가압플레이트; 상기 가압플레이트의 상부에 구비되어 가압플레이트를 가압하는 유압잭; 서로 접철 가능하게 힌지 결합된 한 쌍의 링크바로 구성되어 이웃하는 2개의 앵커볼트를 각각 결합하는 확장링크부재; 및 마주보는 앵커볼트의 하단을 각각 상호 연결하는 커플링플레이트; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 기존 기초 보강을 위한 보강파일의 압입 시공시, 보강파일 압입을 위해 천공되는 천공홀을 이용하여 앵커볼트를 정착함으로써, 추가적인 앵커홀 천공이 필요 없고 앵커볼트가 견고하게 정착되어 보강파일을 안정적으로 압입할 수 있는 보강파일 압입용 반력대 및 이를 이용한 보강파일 압입 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 보강파일 압입용 반력대는 기초의 하부에 보강파일을 압입하기 위한 것으로, 상하단이 각각 기초의 상하부로 돌출되도록 콘크리트 기초에 형성된 천공홀에 삽입되어 천공홀 내부에 충전되는 모르타르에 의해 정착되는 4개의 앵커볼트; 상기 복수의 앵커볼트 사이에 구비되어 보강파일의 압입을 가이드하는 가이드 슬리브; 상기 앵커볼트의 상부에 결합되는 지지강봉; 상기 지지강봉의 상부에 구비되어 보강파일을 가압하는 가압플레이트; 상기 가압플레이트의 상부에 구비되어 가압플레이트를 가압하는 유압잭; 서로 접철 가능하게 힌지 결합된 한 쌍의 링크바로 구성되어 이웃하는 2개의 앵커볼트를 각각 결합하는 확장링크부재; 및 마주보는 앵커볼트의 하단을 각각 상호 연결하는 커플링플레이트; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
