Separate square manhole frames for easy separation separation and production
The present invention relates to a separation type square manhole frame for easy separation and connection and easy production and, more specifically, to a square manhole frame for forming a square manhole. The separation type square manhole frame comprises pieces of first and second side frames and first and second horizontal frames. The four frame pieces individually have additional first and second connection units for connection at both ends. The first and second connection units are installed to accurately and easily correspond in a piled shape and have a structure of being integrally fixed by a fixing unit. So, the separation type square manhole frame for easy separation has a structure which can be easily assembled and disassembled. Therefore, the separation type square manhole frame can be easily transported, carried, and installed. Also, the separation type square manhole frame for easy separation and connection and easy production can produce a frame enabling production of one or more manhole frames with a single mold.
본 발명은 분리결합 및 생산이 용이한 분리형 사각 맨홀프레임에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 사각형의 맨홀을 이루기 위한 사각 맨홀 프레임에 있어서, 맨홀 프레임아 제 1, 2사이드 프레임 및 제 1, 2수평 프레임의 조각으로 이루어지고, 이러한 4개의 프레임 조각들이 양단부에 결합을 위한 별도의 제 1, 2결합부를 각각 형성하고, 이러한 제 1, 2결합부들이 적층되는 형태로 정확하고 용이하게 대응위치되어, 고정수단에 의해 일체로 고정되는 구조를 가지도록 함으로써, 조립 및 분해가 용이한 구조를 가지도록 하여, 운반 및 이송, 설치가 용이하고, 제조시 단일의 몰드에서 단일개 이상의 맨홀 프레임 조립이 가능한 프레임 생산이 가능한 분리결합 및 생산이 용이한 분리형 사각 맨홀프레임에 관한 것이다.
