The present invention relates to a friction welder for a steel pipe support, capable of integrating an outer pipe, a male screw pipe and a floor plate, which are components of a pipe support, by connecting the components at the same time. To achieve the purpose, the friction welder includes: a heat stock mounted on one side of a bed, and rotating or stopping the male screw pipe while supporting the pipe; a tail stock mounted on the other side of the bed, and rotating or stopping the floor plate while supporting the plate; a vise mounted on the bed between the head stock and the tail stock, and supporting the outer pipe; a first saddle located between the bed and the head stock, and guiding the head stock to slide towards an end of the outer pipe held by the vise; a first actuator for transferring the first saddle with the head stock mounted thereon; a second saddle located between the bed and the tail stock, and guiding the tail stock to slide towards the other end of the outer pipe held by the vise; and a second actuator for transferring the second saddle with the tail stock mounted thereon.
본 발명은 파이프 서포트의 구성 중 외관과 수나사관 및 바닥판을 동시에 접합하여 일체화하는 강재 파이프 서포트용 마찰용접기를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에서는 베드의 한쪽 위에 장치되고, 수나사관을 지지한 채로 회전을 주거나 정지시키는 헤드 스톡, 상기 베드의 다른 한쪽 위에 장치되고, 바닥판을 지지한 채로 회전을 주거나 정지시키는 테일 스톡, 상기 헤드 스톡과 상기 테일 스톡 사이의 상기 베드 위에 장치되고, 외관을 지지하는 바이스, 상기 베드와 상기 헤드 스톡 사이에 위치되고, 상기 헤드 스톡이 상기 바이스에 물린 외관의 한쪽 끝부분을 향해 슬라이딩 이동하도록 안내하는 제1새들, 상기 헤드 스톡이 탑재된 상기 제1새들을 이송시키기 위한 제1액추에이터, 상기 베드와 상기 테일 스톡 사이에 위치되고, 상기 테일 스톡이 상기 바이스에 물린 외관의 다른 한쪽 끝부분을 향해 슬라이딩 이동하도록 안내하는 제2새들 및 상기 테일 스톡이 탑재된 상기 제2새들을 이송시키기 위한 제2액추에이터를 포함하는 파이프 서포트용 마찰용접기를 개시한다.
The present invention relates to a friction welder for a steel pipe support, capable of integrating an outer pipe, a male screw pipe and a floor plate, which are components of a pipe support, by connecting the components at the same time.
