The present invention relates to a device for spraying a snow removal liquid for preventing freezing of a road. The device for spraying a snow removal liquid is included in a device for performing a snow removal work. The device for performing a snow removal work comprises: one or more storage tanks receiving and storing a snow removal liquid from the outside by a supply pipe; and a spray module having a spray nozzle spraying the snow removal liquid to the outside through a discharge pipe connected to the storage tank. The device for spraying a snow removal liquid includes: a heating tank receiving the snow removal liquid of the storage tank and heating the snow removal liquid at a predetermined temperature; a first circulation pipe connected to an upper end of the heating tank by a pipe and supplying the snow removal liquid stored in the storage tank to the heating tank; and a second circulation pipe connected to the lower part of the heating tank by the pipe and supplying the snow removal liquid heated by the heating tank to the storage tank. The device for spraying a snow removal liquid enables efficient snow removal work by evenly spraying the snow removal liquid and easily removing the residual snow removal liquid after winter time.
본 발명은 도로의 결빙방지용 제설액을 분사하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 공급배관을 통해 외부에서 제설액을 공급받아 저장하는 하나 이상의 저장탱크 및 상기 저장탱크에 연결된 배출배관을 통해 제설액을 외부로 분사시키는 분사노즐을 갖는 분사모듈로 이루어져 제설작업을 수행하는 장치에 있어서, 분사모듈의 결빙 또는 눈쌓임으로 인해 제설액이 원활히 분사되지 않는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 상기 저장탱크의 제설액을 받아 소정의 온도로 가열하는 히팅탱크; 상기 배출배관의 어느 한 부분에서 분할 연결되고, 상기 히팅탱크의 상단에 배관 연결되어 상기 저장탱크에 저장된 제설액을 상기 히팅탱크로 공급하는 제1순환배관; 상기 공급배관의 어느 한 부분에서 분할 연결되고, 상기 히팅탱크의 하부에 배관 연결되어 상기 히팅탱크에서 가열된 제설액을 상기 저장탱크로 공급하는 제2순환배관을 포함하며, 상기 제1순환배관 및 제2순환배관에 의해 제설액이 상기 저장탱크 및 히팅탱크 사이를 순환 하면서 상기 저장탱크에 저장되는 제설액을 소정의 온도로 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하여, 동절기에 내린 눈에 의해 도로나 터널 출입구 또는 톨게이트 등에 눈이 쌓이거나 결빙되는 경우 제설 및 해빙을 위해 제설액을 자동으로 분사하여 차량의 미끄럼으로 인한 교통사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있으며, 제설액을 분사하는 분사모듈이 결빙으로 인해 막히거나 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있음으로써, 동절기에 제설작업에 소요되는 인력 및 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 설치가 간단하고, 유지관리가 용이하며, 분사모듈의 결빙 또는 막힘이 없이 제설액을 고르게 분사시켜 효율적인 제설작업을 가능하게 하고, 동절기가 지난 후 잔존 제설액을 용이하게 제거할 수 있는 제설액 분사 장치에 관한 것이다.
