본 발명은 화재시 화염, 열기 및 연기 등이 베란다 측으로 침투하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 베란다측 화재에 대한 방화기능을 갖도록 구성된 방화기능을 가지는 공동주택용 피난 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 베란다측 화재에 대한 방화기능을 갖는 셔터부를 제공함으로써 화재시 화염, 열기 및 연기 등이 베란다 측으로 침투하는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 피난 구조물의 구조함체 내에 설치되어 있는 승강시스템에 의해 피난자를 탑승한 상태로 피난공간내로 승하강이 이루어지도록 하여 화재를 포함한 재난 발생시에 피난자가 안전하고 안심할 수 있게 구조 또는 피난이 신속하게 이루어지도록 한다.
