FLOOR STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PREVENTION OF INTER-FLOOR NOISE
Disclosed are a floor noise prevention structure and a construction method thereof. The floor noise prevention structure includes: a noise reduction plate placed with a plurality of installation parts protruding downwards from the upper surface; a fixing support unit inserted into the installation parts, and having an upper area inserted into the installation parts to be fixed to concrete mortar and having a lower area protruding from the lower part of the installation parts to come into contact with a concrete slab to support the noise reduction plate and the concrete mortar; and a sound absorption member installed in the lower part of the noise reduction plate, and absorbing a noise delivered from the concrete mortar to the concrete slab. Moreover, the construction method thereof includes the following steps of: placing the noise reduction plate in the upper part of the concrete slab in a state in which the fixing support unit is installed in the installation parts; installing the sound absorption member between the concrete slab and the noise reduction plate; installing an anion generation member by inserting the member into a concave groove; and placing and curing the concrete mortar in the upper part of the noise reduction plate.
층간 소음 방지 구조 및 공법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 층간 소음 방지 구조는, 상부 표면에 하부로 돌출되는 다수의 설치부가 형성되도록 마련되는 소음 저감 플레이트와, 상기 설치부에 삽입 설치되되, 상부 영역은 상기 설치부 내로 삽입되어 콘크리트 몰탈과 고정되고, 하부 영역은 상기 콘크리트 몰탈과 상기 소음 저감 플레이트를 지지하기 위해 상기 설치부의 하부로 돌출되어 콘트리트 슬래브와 접촉되도록 마련되는 고정 지지구, 및 상기 소음 저감 플레이트의 하부에 설치되고, 상기 콘크리트 몰탈에서 상기 콘크리트 슬래브로 전달되는 소음을 흡수하도록 마련되는 흡음재를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명의 층간 소음 방지 공법은, 상기 설치부에 상기 고정 지지구를 삽입 설치한 상태로 상기 소음 저감 플레이트를 상기 상기 콘트리트 슬래브의 상부에 배치하는 단계와, 상기 소음 저감 플레이트와 상기 콘크리트 슬래브 사이에 상기 흡음재를 설치하는 단계와, 상기 요홈에 상기 음이온 발생부재를 삽입하여 설치하는 단계, 및 상기 소음 저감 플레이트의 상부에 콘크리트 몰탈을 타설하여 양생시키는 단계를 포함한다.
