The present invention relates to a dust collection apparatus for asphalt concrete manufacturing equipment, capable of reducing environmental pollution. According to the present invention, the dust collection apparatus for asphalt concrete manufacturing equipment comprises: a body frame including an inlet receiving contaminated air, an outlet outputting air from which contaminants are removed, a collection tank for collecting washing water including the contaminants, and a control panel having a control circuit embedded therein; a dust collection chamber collecting foreign matters and contaminants from the contaminated air transferred through the inlet; a discharge electrode applying negative electric charges to the foreign matters included in the transferred air; a dust collection plate inducing and attaching the negatively charged foreign matters thereto; a rapping means rapping the foreign matters adsorbed on the dust collection plate; and a washing water drain means continuously supplying the washing water to form a water film on the outer surface of the dust collection plate.
본 발명은 아스콘 제조설비에서 발생하는 분진을 포집하여 정화된 공기만이 대기 중으로 배출되도록 함으로써 환경오염을 줄일 수 있는 아스콘 제조설비용 집진장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 전기집진장치는 습식 및 건식이 모두 활용 가능한 방식으로 구성하여 필터의 효율이 저하되지 않으면서도 장시간 사용이 가능하도록 한 아스콘 제조설비용 집진장치이다. 보다 상세하게는 집진판에 일정한 수막을 지속적으로 형성하여 이물질의 흡착을 방지하는 습식과 집진판에 흡착된 이물질을 물리적으로 털어내는 건식의 방식이 혼합된 전기집진기를 제공하여 장시간 사용에도 집진판의 집진 효율을 높게 유지할 수 있고, 집진판의 배열을 개선하여 전기집진기의 부피를 줄여 설치 장소 및 환경의 제약을 줄인 것이다. 이를 위해 오염된 공기가 이송되는 인렛과, 오염물질이 제거된 공기가 배출되는 아웃렛을 포함하고, 오염물질이 포함된 세정수를 수집하기 위한 수집조 및 제어회로가 실장된 제어패널을 포함한 바디프레임과, 상기 바디프레임의 내측에 형성되어 인렛을 통해 이송된 오염된 공기에서 이물질 및 오염물질을 집진하는 집진실과, 상기 집진실에 배치되며 인가된 전원에 의해 동작하면서 이송된 공기 중에 포함된 이물질에 (-)전하를 인가하는 방전전극과, 상기 집진실에 배치되어 (-)전하를 인가 받은 이물질이 유도 부착되는 집진판과, 상기 집진판에 흡착된 이물질을 털어내기 위한 래핑수단 및 상기 집진판의 외면에 수막을 형성하기 위해 세정수를 지속적으로 공급하는 세정수 배출수단을 포함하되, 상기 집진판은, 상하 방향으로 연장된 원통형으로 이루어지고 다수개가 일정 간격으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
