Fixing device of ceiling panel using wired clip
The present invention relates to a ceiling panel fixing device using a wire clip comprising: a key ring channel which is combined with a hanger bolt installed in a ceiling slab; a clip bar which is arranged at constant intervals at a right angle to the bottom of the key ring channel and includes a hooked wing unit which is doubly dropped on both ends of an upper part and is downwardly inclined, an elastic supporting unit which is narrowed toward the center of both sides of a lower surface and forms an inverted triangle, and a ceiling panel inserting unit into which an inserted protrusion of a ceiling panel is inserted in the center of a lower part; and a wire clip which combines the key ring channel with the clip bar. The wire clip includes an adhering unit which surrounds an upper surface of the key ring channel; a tension unit which is downwardly and diagonally extended in both ends of the adhering unit; and a hooked unit which is curved on the end of each tension unit and is hooked to a lower side of each hooked wing unit. Slits perforated at constant intervals along the longitudinal direction are formed in a side surface of the elastic supporting unit. The wire clip includes a separation preventing unit which is hooked to the slits by curving an end unit of the hooked unit along the longitudinal direction of the slits again.
본 발명은 와이어 클립을 이용한 천장패널 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 천장 슬래브에 설치된 행거볼트에 결합되는 캐링 채널; 상기 캐링 채널의 저면에 직각으로 일정 간격을 두고 배치되어 결합되는 것으로 상부 양단에 이중으로 쳐지고 하부로 경사진 걸림날개부와, 하부면 양측에 중앙으로 갈수록 좁아져 역삼각형을 이루는 탄지부와, 하부의 중앙에 천장패널의 끼움돌기가 삽입될 수 있는 천장패널삽입부로 구성되는 클립바; 및 상기 캐링 채널과 클립바를 결합하기 위한 와이어 클립을 포함하여 이루어지는 천장패널 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 와이어 클립은, 상기 캐링 채널의 상부면을 둘러싸는 밀착부와, 상기 밀착부의 양단에서 하향 경사지게 연장되는 텐션부와, 상기 각 텐션부의 단부에서 절곡되어 상기 각 걸림날개부의 하측으로 걸리는 걸림부를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 탄지부의 측면에는 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로 타공된 슬릿이 형성되고, 상기 걸림부의 단부는 상기 슬릿의 길이방향을 따라 다시 절곡되어 상기 슬릿에 걸릴 수 있는 이탈방지부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
