The present invention relates to a device for preventing fire spread through a drainage pipe of a building, capable of preventing fire spread through a drainage pipe installed in the building. The device for preventing fire spread through a drainage pipe of a building comprises: an upper drainage pipe and a lower drainage pipe; an upper coupling part; a lower coupling part; and a connecting part. The upper coupling part allows a combining hole corresponding to a lower end part of the upper drainage pipe to be penetrated into an inner center part, includes a water box which discharges water stored inside to a lower hole included in a lower end on an upper edge part, and covers the outer diameter of a lower end of the upper drainage pipe by forming a fixed groove connected to the lower hole in a position which is close to a lower edge. The lower coupling part allows a coupling hole corresponding to an upper end part of the lower drainage pipe to be penetrated into an inner center part, and covers the outer diameter of an upper end of the lower drainage pipe by forming a penetrating hole in a part corresponding to the fixed groove. The connecting part is formed in a pipe shape to be slid in the penetrating hole, selectively opens and closes a lower hole by inserting an upper end part into the fixed groove, fixes a lower end part through a heat reducing member in the outer diameter of the lower drainage pipe, connects the upper drainage pipe and the lower drainage pipe usually, and separates the upper drainage pipe from the lower drainage pipe by being separated from a connecting part of the lower drainage pipe in a fire. When the lower coupling part and the connecting part are connected, an elastic spring is provided between the lower coupling part and the connecting part.
본 발명은 건축물에 설치된 배수파이프를 통하여 화재가 확산 되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 건축물의 배수파이프 화재확산 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 그 특징적인 구성은 상부배수관 및 하부배수관과, 상기 상부배수관의 하단부와 대응되는 결합공이 내측 중심부에 관통 형성되고, 상단 테두리 부위에는 내측에 수용되는 물을 하단에 구비된 하부공으로 배출시키는 물통이 구비되며, 하단 테두리와 인접한 위치에는 상기 하부공과 연통되는 고정홈이 형성되어 상기 상부배수관의 하단 외경을 감싸며 결합되는 상부체결부; 상기 하부배수관의 상단부와 대응되는 체결공이 내측 중심부에 관통 형성되고, 상기 고정홈과 대응되는 부위에는 관통공이 형성되어 상기 하부배수관의 상단 외경을 감싸며 결합되는 하부체결부; 상기 하부배수관의 외경을 감싸도록 상기 관통공에 슬라이딩 결합되는 관체 형상으로, 상단부가 상기 고정홈에 삽입되어 하부공의 선택적인 계폐를 이루고, 하단부가 상기 하부배수관의 외경에 감열부재를 통하여 고정 설치되어, 평상시에는 상기 상부배수관과 하부배수관이 연통되게 연결시키고, 화재 발생시에는 상기 하부배수관의 연결 부위에서 탈락되어 상부배수관과 하부배수관의 연결을 분리시키는 연결부를 포함하고, 상기 하부체결부와 연결부 간 체결 시, 하부체결부와 연결부의 사이에는 탄성스프링이 구비되어 구성된다.
