SELF ADHESIVE WATERPROOF SHEET
The present invention relates to a self-adhesive root-isolation and waterproof sheet. More specifically, the self-adhesive root-isolation and waterproof sheet includes: an adhesive layer comprising 40-65 wt% of asphalt, 6-17 wt% of SBS rubber, 0.5-3 wt% of EVA rubber, 0.2-3 wt% of SB LATEX, 6-17 wt% of plasticizer, 5-12 wt% of adhesion enhancement resin, 1-6 wt% of liquefied adhesion enhancer, 0.3-2 wt% of flow preventer, 1-12 wt% of filler, 0.2-2 wt% of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), 0.5-3 wt% of slaked lime, and 0.5-3 wt% of moistness adhesive; a non-woven fabric made of a long fiber or short fiber to be attached to the upper part of the adhesive layer; a film layer made of copper foil or aluminum to be attached to the upper part of the non-woven fabric; a TPO sheet attached to the upper part of the film layer; and a release paper removably formed in the lower part of the adhesive layer. The structure of a polymer in the reactive moistness adhesive among the polymers of the adhesive layer is formed into a mesh shape to prevent the adhesive from moving or rolling down due to heat in the summer. The adhesive layer is protected, the weather resistance, elasticity and insulation of the waterproof sheet are improved, the shock-resistance of the TPO sheet and the PVB film is strong, the performance of root isolation is improved, and the contraction and relaxation of a product due to temperature changes are minimized.
본 발명은 자착식 방근방수시트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 아스팔트 40 ~ 65 중량%, SBS고무 6 ~ 17 중량%, EVA고무 0.5 ~ 3 중량%, SB LATEX 0.2 ~ 3 중량%, 가소제 6 ~ 17 중량%, 점착증진수지 5 ~ 12 중량%, 액상 점착증진제 1 ~ 6 중량%, 흐름방지재 0.3 ~ 2 중량%, 충진재 1 ~ 12 중량%, PVB(polyvinyl butyral) 0.2 ~ 2 중량%, 소석회 0.5 ~ 3 중량%, 습윤점착제 0.5 ~ 3 중량%로 이루어진 점착층과; 상기 점착층 상부에 부착되는 장섬유 또는 단섬유로 이루어진 부직포와; 상기 부직포 상부에 부착되는 동박 또는 알루미늄으로 이루어진 필름층과; 상기 필름층 상부에 부착되는 TPO시트와; 상기 점착층 하부에 탈부착 가능토록 형성되는 이형지를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 점착층 폴리머 중 반응형 습윤점착제 내에 카르복실기가 피착면의 수분을 흡수, 반응하여 습윤 상태에서도 부착이 가능하게 하며, 점착층 폴리머 중 반응형 습윤점착제 내에 폴리머의 구조가 망상의 구조로 형성되어 점착제가 하절기 시 열에 의해서 흘러내리거나 거동하지 않으며, 점착층을 보호하고, 방수시트의 내후성 향상, 탄성 향상, 단열 기능이 향상되며, TPO시트와 PVB필름의 강한 충격저항성과 방근성능 향상 및 온도 변화 시 제품의 수축, 이완이 최소화되게 하는 자착식 방근방수시트를 제공한다.
