Center Bracket of Electric Roll Blind having Winding Roll Connecting Structure for Easy Construction
According to the present invention, disclosed is a center bracket of an electric roll blind having an easy-to-construct winding roll joint structure. The center bracket comprises: a ring-shaped frame comprising a connection shaft connecting first and second winding rolls for synchronization, a rotary wheel into which the connection shaft is inserted, a housing supporting the rotary wheel, and a bearing formed between the rotary wheel and the housing; and a guide frame comprising a horizontal support part including a coupling hole for ceiling fixture, and a vertical support part curved from the horizontal support part to guide the ring-shaped frame in a vertical direction. The bottom of the vertical support part is cut in response to the shape of the housing, and a guide groove is formed on the outer edge surface of the housing in response to the cut vertical support part to enable the ring-shaped frame to be coupled from the bottom of the vertical support part, so a long blind winding roll can be easily mounted on an end bracket and a center bracket even if there is not much space on either side of a curtain box.
본 발명은, 제1 권취롤과 제2 권취롤을 상호 연결하여 동기화시키는 연결샤프트와, 상기 연결샤프트가 관통 삽입되는 회전휠과, 상기 회전휠을 지지하는 하우징과, 상기 회전휠 및 상기 하우징 사이에 형성되는 베어링으로 구성되는 환형프레임; 및 천장고정용 체결공이 형성된 수평지지부와, 상기 수평지지부로부터 절곡되어 상기 환형프레임을 상하방향으로 가이드하는 수직지지부로 구성되는 가이드프레임;으로 이루어지되, 상기 수직지지부의 하단은 상기 하우징의 형상에 대응하여 절개되고, 상기 하우징의 외주면에는 상기 절개된 수직지지부에 대응하여 내측으로 가이드홈이 형성되어 상기 가이드홈에 의해 상기 환형프레임이 상기 수직지지부의 하단으로부터 체결되어서, 커튼박스의 양측면에 공간적인 여유가 없더라도 길이가 긴 블라인드 권취롤을 엔드브라켓과 센터브라켓에 쉽게 설치하여 시공할 수 있는, 시공이 용이한 권취롤 이음구조를 가진 전동롤 블라인드의 센터브라켓을 개시한다.
