Artificial turf containing environmentally friendly elastic filler
The present invention relates to artificial turf containing an environmentally friendly elastic filler. The artificial turf is formed as an artificial turf unit is combined with nonwoven fabric on the ground. The elastic filler of the artificial turf comprises an inorganic filler and an elastic filler, from the bottom of the artificial turf. The artificial turf containing the environmentally friendly elastic filler can be formed by being coated or mixed with a functional matter to improve the properties of the matter and prevent a burn while reducing damage due to heavy metal and a volatile organic compound. According to the present invention, a raw material mixture is obtained as ettringite, photo catalysis, lightweight foam ceramic, and paint are added to a waste rubber chip to fix the heavy metal contained in the waste rubber chip with the particle size of 1.5-4.5 mm. The waste rubber chip with the ettringite, the photo catalysis, the lightweight foam ceramic, and the paint is mixed at a temperature area of 150-190°C and is extruded in the temperature area of 150-200°C. Also, the extruded waste rubber chip with the ettringite, the photo catalysis, the lightweight foam ceramic, and the paint is cut in the size of 1.5-4.5 mm, and an environmentally friendly artificial turf filler chip is used as the elastic filler of the artificial turf.
본 발명은 지면 위에 인조 잔디모가 부직포에 결합되어 인조잔디가 구성되고, 인조잔디 바닥으로부터 무기물 충진제와 탄성 충진제로 이루어져 있는 인조잔디 탄성 충진물에 중금속 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 피해를 줄이면서 화상방지 및 물성향상을 위해 기능성 물질이 코팅되거나 혼합되어 구성되는 환경 친화형 탄성 충진제가 포함된 인조잔디에 관한 것이다. 본원에서 제시되는 인조잔디는 1.5 mm ~ 4.5 mm 입자크기의 폐고무 칩(Chip)에 포함된 중금속을 고정화하기 위해 폐고무 칩(Chip)에 에트린자이트(Ettringite) 및 광촉매, 경량기포 세라믹, 안료등을 넣어 원료혼합물을 얻고 이를 150~190℃의 온도영역에서 교반하고 150~200℃의 온도영역에서 압출시켜 1.5 ~4.5 mm 크기로 컷팅시켜 환경친화형 인조잔디 충진재용 칩(chip)을 인조잔디 탄성충진제로 사용하여 환경 친화형 인조잔디를 제공하고자 하는 기술이다.
