PRECAST BOX HAVING WATER LEAKAGE PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF CONNECTION PORTION
The present invention relates to a precast box having a water leakage prevention structure of a connection part, which has a structure capable of improving reliability and durability during field installation. The precast box includes: an insertion hole (110) penetrating left and right portions of a body so that a strand can be inserted thereinto; and a connection member (200) which has a penetration hole part (220) in which the strand is penetrated into an inner circumferential side and a protrusion part (230) protruding from a part of a body (210) into an outer circumferential direction and in which both sides are inserted into an opening side of the insertion hole at the connection part of the body adjacent to each other, wherein the connection member prevents water penetrated through the connecting part of the body adjacent to each other from coming in contact with the strand.
본 발명은, 현장 설치시 신뢰성과 내구성이 향상될 수 있는 구조를 가지는 이음부의 누수방지구조를 구비하는 프리캐스트 박스에 관한 것으로서, 강연선이 삽입될 수 있도록 바디의 좌우를 관통하여 형성되는 삽입홀(110)과, 내주측에 강연선이 관통되는 관통홀부(220) 및 몸체(210)의 일부에 외주방향으로 돌출되는 돌기부(230)를 구비하며, 상호 인접되는 바디의 이음부에서 상기 삽입홀의 개구측에 양측이 삽입되는 이음부재(200)를 포함하며, 상기 이음부재는 상호 인접되는 바디의 이음부를 통하여 침투되는 수분이 강연선에 접촉하지 못하도록 하는 프리캐스트 박스를 제공한다.
