Pile penetration measuring device
The present invention relates to a pile penetration measuring device, which has a simple structure, is easy for carriage, field carriage and installation, and is accurate for measurement. The pile penetration measuring device includes: a tripod (1); a horizontal angle adjusting board (3) installed on an upper end of the tripod (1); a vertical slope adjusting part (5) mounted on the horizontal angle adjusting board (3); a horizontal sliding part (10) integrally formed on an upper end of a rotating piece (7); a measuring bar (14) slidably inserted into the horizontal sliding part (10); and a penetration measuring module (20) having a pair of measuring wheels (21) coupled to a front end portion of the measuring bar (14) in a manner capable of horizontal rotation and a rotary encoder (24). Data detected from the rotary encoder (24) is transmitted to a measuring device (30) in a wire-wireless manner to be recorded and displayed.
본 발명은 구조가 간단하여 휴대 및 현장반입 및 설치가 용이하며 측정이 정밀한 파일관입 측정장치로서, 삼각대(1)와, 이 삼각대(1)의 상단에 설치되는 수평각도조절판(3)과, 상기 수평각도조절판(3)에 장착되는 상하경사조절부(5)와, 상기 회동편(7)의 상단에 일체로 형성되는 수평슬라이드부(10)와, 이 수평슬라이드부(10)에 슬라이드가능하게 삽입되는 측정바(14)와, 상기 측정바(14)의 선단부에 수평회동가능하게 결합된 한 쌍의 측정휠(21)과 로타리엔코더(24)을 구비한 관입측정모듈(20)을 포함하며, 상기 로타리엔코더(24)에서 검출된 데이터는 유무선 방식으로 계측기기(30)로 전송되어 기록되고 표시된다
