Food Waste Disposal System For Apartment House
The present invention relates to a food waste disposal system for an apartment house which gathers and disposes of food waste produced by individual households of apartment houses such as residential apartments and studio apartments. The food waste disposal system for an apartment house comprises: an individual discharge device which is installed in an individual household of an apartment house, disposes of food waste, and discharges food waste out of the individual household; a central disposal unit to collect and dispose of food waste discharged by the individual discharge device; a collection pipe to connect the individual discharge device and the central disposal unit; and a vacuum creation unit to create a vacuum in the collection pipe to effectively discharge food waste. The individual discharge device includes: a disposal matter collection box which provides a space to hold the food waste, and has an outlet on a lower portion thereof; a grinding unit installed on a lower portion of the disposal matter collection box to grind food waste entering through the outlet; a dehydration unit to compress food waste ground by the grinding unit to remove water and transport dehydrated food waste to one side; a measurement unit to measure food waste supplied by the dehydration unit; and a discharge unit to discharge food waste measured by the measurement unit to the collection pipe.
본 발명은 아파트나 오피스텔 등의 공동주택의 개별세대에서 발생하는 음식물쓰레기를 일률적으로 모아서 처리하게끔 하는, 공동주택용 음식물쓰레기 처리시스템에 관한 것이다. 그 구성은; 공동주택의 개별세대에 설치되는 것으로서, 음식물쓰레기를 처리하고 개별세대 외부로 배출하는 개별배출장치; 상기 개별배출장치에서 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 수거하고 처리하는 중앙처리부; 상기 개별배출장치와 중앙처리부를 연결하는 수거관; 음식물쓰레기가 원활하게 배출되도록 하기 위하여 상기 수거관 내부에 진공압이 걸려 있도록 하기 위한 진공발생부;를 포함하는 공공주택용 음식물처리시스템에 있어서; 상기 개별배출장치는; 상기 음식물쓰레기를 담기 위한 공간을 제공하는 것으로서 하부에 배출구가 마련되어 있는 처리물수거함; 상기 처리물수거함의 하부에 설치되는 것으로서 상기 배출구를 통해 유입되는 음식물쓰레기를 분쇄하기 위한 분쇄부; 상기 분쇄부에 의해 분쇄된 음식물쓰레기를 압착하여 수분을 제거하고 탈수된 음식물쓰레기를 일측으로 압송하는 탈수부; 상기 탈수부에서 공급되는 음식물쓰레기를 계량하기 위한 계근부; 상기 계근부에 의해 계량된 음식물쓰레기를 상기 수거관으로 배출하기 위한 배출부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
