SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY SPREADING LIQUID SNOW REMOVAL FOR ROAD HAVING BLACK ICE REMOVAL FUNCTION
본 발명은 블랙아이스 제거기능을 갖는 도로용 자동 액상 제설제 살포 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 도로 상의 강설(降雪)이 이루어지면 분당 강설량을 계산하여 예상 제설제 소비량을 계산하고, 분당 강설량과 도로 구간별 노면 온도에 기초하여 결빙 가능 환경 구간의 존재 여부를 결정한 후 결빙 가능 환경 구간이 존재하면 해당 구간에 설정 기간내 분사 기록을 확인하여 분사 기록이 없을 때 제설제를 분사하며, 추가로 도로 구간별 이미지를 획득하고 딥러닝 기법을 이용하여 이미지를 분석하여 블랙아이스 구간의 존재여부를 결정하고 블랙아이스 구간이 존재할 때 해당 구간에 제설제를 집중적으로 분사하여 블랙아이스를 제거함으로써 겨울철 교통안전을 도모할 수 있는, 블랙아이스 제거기능을 갖는 도로용 자동 액상 제설제 살포 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to an automatic liquid snow removing agent spraying system for a road having a black ice removing function and a method thereof and, more specifically, to an automatic liquid snow removing agent spraying system for a road having a black ice removing function and a method thereof, wherein the system calculates an expected amount of a snow removing agent to be consumed by calculating the amount of snowfall per minute when the snow falls on a road; determines whether there is a possible freezing environment section based on the amount of snowfall per minute and a road surface temperature for each road section, checks a spray record within a set period when there is a possible freezing environment section, sprays the snow removing agent when there is no spray record, additionally obtains an image for each road section, analyzes the image using a deep learning technique to determine whether there is a black ice section, and removes black ice by intensively spraying the snow removing agent to the corresponding section when there is a black ice section, thereby promoting traffic safety in winter.
