TRANSMITTANCE ADJUSTMENT SMART GLASS
The present invention relates to transmittance adjustable smart glass and, more specifically, to transmittance adjustable smart glass which has a coupling structure of glass, indium tin oxide (ITO), a phase-change material such as GeSbTe (GST), ITO, and glass. Moreover, voltage variable power is supplied to the phase-change material to change an optical constant of the phase-change material, thereby adjusting transmittance.
본 발명은 투과율 조정 스마트 글라스에 관한 것으로, 특히 글라스, ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), 상변화 물질[예컨대, GST(GeSbTe)], ITO 및 글라스의 결합 구조를 이루고 상변화 물질에 전압 가변 가능한 전원을 공급하여 상변화 물질의 광학 상수를 변화시켜 투과율을 조절할 수 있는, 투과율 조정 스마트 글라스에 관한 것이다.
