The present invention relates to an insulation deck plate, which is integrally formed with an insulation material. The insulation deck plate includes: a plurality of truss girders formed by having a predetermined interval; a spacer in which a lower portion of the truss girder is coupled to an upper potion and which fixes the truss girder thereto; a steel plate coupled to a lower portion of the spacer; and an insulation material coupled to a lower portion of the steel plate and preventing heat transfer. The steel plate includes a plurality of concrete liquid placing holes in which concrete liquid comes in contact with a space between the steel plate and the insulation material when placing the concrete liquid, is provided with an urethane adhesive injection hole on the steel plate so that the space between the steel plate and the insulation material is stably coupled thereto, and reinforces binding force thereof by inserting and stiffening an insertion fastening part after injecting an urethane adhesive through the urethane adhesive injection hole.
본 발명은 단열재가 일체로 형성된 단열 데크플레이트에 관한 것으로, 기 설정된 간격을 두고 다수개로 이루어지는 트러스거더; 상부에 상기 트러스거더의 하부가 결합되어, 상기 트러스거더를 고정하기 위한 스페이서; 상기 스페이서의 하부에 결합되는 강판; 및 상기 강판의 하부에 결합되어, 열전달을 차단하기 위한 단열재를 포함하되, 상기 강판은, 콘크리트액 타설시 콘크리트액이 상기 강판과 상기 단열재 사이에 접촉되도록 하기 위한 다수개의 콘크리트액 타설홀을 포함하고, 상기 강판과 상기 단열재 사이가 견고하게 결합되도록 상기 강판에 우레탄접착제 주입홀이 구비되며, 상기 우레탄접착제 주입홀을 통해 우레탄접착제를 주입한 후 삽입체결부를 삽입하여 경화시킴으로써 이들의 결속력을 강화시킨다.
