The present invention relates to an outdoor cooling device for solving heat waves and heat island phenomena in outdoor areas, such as traffic lights, bus platforms, and station peripheries, in which people flood. Cooling water atomized in a structure through a vertical support frame, an inclined support frame, and a horizontal support frame is equally sprayed to the ground and in the air in a structure, and light is emitted to rapidly vaporize surrounding air to reduce temperature. Moreover, an aesthetic sensation is added to surrounding night views to maximize visual pleasure.
본 발명은 인파가 많이 모이는 신호등, 버스승강장, 역 주변과 같은 야외에 폭염과 열섬현상을 해소하기 위한 야외용 냉각장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 수직지지프레임, 경사지지프레임 및 수평지지프레임을 통한 구조물에서 미립자화된 냉각수가 지면과 공중에 골고루 분사됨과 아울러 빛이 발광되어 주변 공기를 신속히 기화시켜 온도를 낮춰주고, 주위 야경에 심미감을 더해주어 시각적인 즐거움을 극대화하는 야외용 냉각장치에 관한 것이다.
