MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WARM MIX ASPHALT USING SURFACTANT-BUBBLE GENERATOR
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing warm mix asphalt for lowering a manufacturing temperature by about 30°C compared to a conventional manufacturing method by injecting high-pressure water and a surfactant into heated asphalt using a bubble generating device to generate bubbles having a surfactant function. The method for manufacturing warm mix asphalt using a bubble generating device including an inlet provided on one side, a moving passage connected to the inlet, a bubble generator provided on the path of the moving passage, and an outlet connected to the moving passage comprises: an asphalt heating step of heating asphalt to form asphalt in liquid form; an asphalt input step of injecting the heated asphalt into the inlet; a bubble generating step of injecting high-pressure water into the asphalt that the bubble generator moves along the moving passage; and an aggregate mixing step of mixing heated aggregate with the asphalt discharged through the outlet.
본 발명은 기포발생장치를 이용하여 가열된 아스팔트에 고압의 물과 계면활성제를 주입하여 계면활성 기능을 가진 기포를 발생시킴으로써 제조 온도를 기존 제조 방법 대비 약 30℃ 낮춘 중온 아스콘 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 일 측에 구비된 주입구, 상기 주입구에 연결된 이동 통로, 상기 이동 통로의 경로 상에 구비된 기포발생기 및 상기 이동 통로에 연결된 배출구를 포함하는 기포발생장치를 이용한 중온아스콘 제조 방법으로, 아스팔트를 가열하여 액상 형태의 아스팔트를 형성하는 아스팔트 가열 단계, 그리고 가열된 아스팔트를 상기 주입구로 투입하는 아스팔트 투입 단계, 그리고 상기 기포발생기가 상기 이동 통로를 따라 이동하는 아스팔트에 고압의 물을 주입하는 기포 발생 단계, 그리고 상기 배출구를 통해 배출된 아스팔트에 가열된 골재를 혼합하는 골재 혼합 단계를 포함한다.
