The present invention relates to a main bar zigzag alignment device and a device for manufacturing a circular reinforcing bar cage to which the same is applied, wherein a plurality of main bars are aligned in a circular shape to manufacture a circular reinforcing bar cage. In particular, the present invention relates to a main bar zigzag alignment device and a device for manufacturing a circular reinforcing bar cage to which the same is applied, wherein a single worker can horizontally transport the main bars in order in an easy and quick manner to align the same in the circular shape, despite the weight and joints of the main bars. To this end, the main bar zigzag alignment device, which is provided to allow the main bars to be aligned in the circular shape to manufacture a circular reinforcing bar cage in which a hoop reinforcing bar is wound in a helical shape around the outer circumferential surface of the plurality of main bars aligned in the circular shape, comprises: a pair of guide rails arranged to be spaced in right and left directions, and installed in forward and rearward directions; an alignment mold rack installed on the guide rails and aligning the main bars in the circular shape; a plurality of auxiliary alignment supporters which are installed at predetermined intervals on the guide rails from the rear of the alignment mold rack, and horizontally support the main bars aligned in the circular shape by the alignment mold rack; and a main alignment supporter which is installed on the guide rails on at least one point among the auxiliary alignment supporters, horizontally supports the main bars aligned in the circular shape by the alignment mold rack, and comprises a main alignment guide roller that, when a worker introduces the main bars into one side to transport the same towards the alignment mold rack, decreases friction force against the main bars for smooth transportation.
본 발명은 원형 철근 케이지를 제조하기 위해 복수 개의 주근을 원형으로 배열하는 주근 지그재그 배열 장치 및 이를 적용한 원형 철근 케이지 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 주근의 무게와 마디에도 불구하고 1인의 작업자가 손쉽고 신속하게 주근을 차례대로 수평 이송하여 원형으로 배열할 수 있는 주근 지그재그 배열 장치 및 이를 적용한 원형 철근 케이지 제조 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 복수 개가 원형으로 배열된 주근의 외주면에 후프철근이 나선형으로 권취된 원형 철근 케이지를 제조하기 위해 상기 주근을 원형으로 배열하기 위한 것으로, 좌우로 이격 배치되고 전후방향으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 가이드레일; 상기 가이드레일 상에 설치되고 상기 주근을 원형으로 배열하는 배열금형대; 상기 배열금형대의 후방에서 상기 가이드레일 상에 복수 개가 일정간격으로 설치되고 상기 배열금형대에 의해 원형으로 배열된 상기 주근을 수평으로 지지하는 보조배열지지대; 및 상기 보조배열지지대의 사이 중의 적어도 한 곳에서 상기 가이드레일 상에 설치되고 상기 배열금형대에 의해 원형으로 배열된 상기 주근을 수평으로 지지하되, 작업자가 상기 주근을 일측으로 투입하여 상기 배열금형대 측으로 이송할 때 상기 주근과의 마찰력을 저하시켜 이송을 원활하게 하는 메인배열가이드롤러가 구비되는 메인배열지지대;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주근 지그재그 배열 장치를 기술적 요지로 한다.
