Heating sheet for Concrete curing
Provided in the present invention is a heating sheet for concrete curing, which provides heat energy for quickly curing concrete, and comprises: a heating unit (100); and a waterproof unit (200) attached to the heating unit (100) in order to prevent moisture from being infiltrated into the heating unit (100). Here, the heating unit (100) comprises: a heating body (110) of a sheet shape receiving electricity to diffuse heat; and an electricity supply unit (120) receiving the electricity from an external power source (10) in order to supply electricity to the heating body (110). Furthermore, the heating unit (100) and the waterproof unit (200) are formed in a sheet shape, and are made of a material that can be bent or unfolded. Therefore, according to the present invention, curing efficiency can be improved. In addition, a pleasant work environment can be created by preventing dust or pollutants from being discharged. Furthermore, a gang form is allowed to be quickly moved, thereby shortening a construction period.
본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트의 조기 양생을 위한 열에너지를 제공하는 콘크리트 양생용 발열시트에 있어서, 발열부(100); 및 상기 발열부(100)의 접착되어 상기 발열부(100)에 수분이 침투되는 것을 방지하는 방수부(200);를 포함하되, 상기 발열부(100)는, 전력을 공급받아 열을 발산하는 시트 형태의 발열체(110); 및 외부의 전원(10)으로부터 전력을 전달받아 상기 발열체(110)에 전력을 제공하는 전력공급부(120);를 포함하되, 상기 발열부(100) 및 상기 방수부(200)는 시트 형상으로 형성됨과 아울러 굽혀지거나 펴질 수 있는 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 양생용 발열시트가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면 양생 효율을 높일 수 있음과 아울러, 분진이나 오염물질을 배출을 방지하여 쾌적한 작업 환경을 구축할 수 있고 갱폼의 조기 이동을 가능토록 하여 공사기간을 단축할 수 있는 효과를 얻는다.
