Asphalt Binder for Drainage Asphalt Pavement Mixture Manufacturing Method Thereof and Drainage Asphalt Pavement Mixture Thereof
The present invention relates to an asphalt binder for a drainage asphalt pavement mixture used for road functional pavement, a preparing method thereof, and a drainage asphalt pavement mixture using the same, and more particularly, to an asphalt binder for a drainage asphalt pavement mixture with high durability and high performance, which reinforces adhesion and low temperature flexibility to increase resistance to low temperature and temperature cracks, and to increase resistance to deformation at high temperatures. To this end, the asphalt binder for a drainage asphalt pavement mixture comprises 79 to 92 wt% of an asphalt binder having a penetration grade of 60 to 80, 5 to 10 wt% of a polymer reforming additive (high-temperature performance), 2 to 6 wt% of an adhesive force and flexibility reinforcing agent, and 1 to 5 wt% of an adhesive reinforcing agent.
본 발명은 도로의 기능성 포장용으로 이용되는 배수성 아스팔트 포장 혼합물용 아스팔트 바인더 및 그 제조방법과 이를 사용한 배수성 아스팔트 포장 혼합물에 관한 것으로, 접착력 및 저온 유연성을 강화하여 저온 및 온도 균열에 저항성을 높이고 고온에서의 변형에 대한 저항성을 향상시키는 고내구성 및 고성능 배수성 아스팔트 포장용 아스팔트 바인더 조성물 및 그 제조방법과 이를 사용한 배수성 아스팔트 혼합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 침입도 등급 60~80 아스팔트 바인더 79~92 중량%, 폴리머 개질첨가제(고온성능) 5~10 중량%, 접착력 및 유연성 강화제 2~6 중량%, 접착보강제(Reinforcing agent) 1~5 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수성 아스팔트 포장 혼합물용 아스팔트 바인더, 제조방법과 배수성 아스팔트 포장 혼합물이 제공된다.
