Ca-based Flue-gas Desulfurization Absorbent Containing CFBCFly-ash And Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a calcium-based flue gas desulfurization absorbent using a circulating fluidized bed combustion fly ash and a method for manufacturing the same. When the circulating fluidized bed combustion fly ash is used in the manufacture of an absorbent for flue gas desulfurization, it is possible to have an effect of manufacturing the absorbent for flue gas desulfurization having improved structural properties in a form of a network in which pores are formed in the absorbent particles compared to a conventional flue gas desulfurization limestone fine powder. The calcium-based flue gas desulfurization absorbent of the present invention having improved structural properties has a relatively large amount of pores, thereby having advantages of exhibiting 2 to 3 times of a desulfurization absorption retention time and high flue gas desulfurization efficiency of 90% or higher of a conversion than that of the conventional flue gas desulfurization limestone fine powder.
본 발명은 순환유동층연소 비산재를 이용한 칼슘계 배연탈황 흡수제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 배연탈황용 흡수제 제조시 순환유동층연소 비산재를 이용하면 종래의 배연탈황용 석회석 미분말에 비하여 흡수제 입자내부에 공극이 형성된 네트워크 형태의 구조적 특성이 향상된 배연탈황용 흡수제를 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 상기 구조적 특성이 향상된 본 발명의 칼슘계 배연탈황 흡수제는 상대적으로 많은 공극으로 인하여 종래의 배연탈황용 석회석 미분말에 비해 탈황흡수유지시간은 2 내지 3 배, 전환효율은 90 % 이상의 높은 배연탈황효율을 보이는 장점이 있다.
