본 발명의 실시 형태는 중장비 차체에 장착되며, 인체 및 물체를 포함하는 객체의 접근을 감지하는 초음파 센서; 중장비 차체에 장착되며, 중장비 주변을 촬영하여 중장비 주변 영상을 생성하는 카메라 센서; 중장비 차체에 장착되며, 경고음을 출력하는 스피커, 경고등을 발광하는 경고 램프를 하나 이상 포함하여 경고음 및 경고등을 포함하는 접근 경고 알람을 발생시키는 경고 발생 기기; 및 중장비 차체에 장착되며, 상기 초음파 센서를 통해 객체가 감지되는 경우, 상기 카메라 센서를 구동시켜 중장비 주변 영상을 획득하며, 획득되는 중장비 주변 영상을 1차 판독하여 중장비 주변 영상내의 객체 이미지를 검출하며, 검출한 객체 이미지가 사람 이미지일 때만 상기 경고 발생 기기를 통해 접근 경고 알람을 출력하는 제어 기기;를 포함할 수 있다.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a worker safety system includes: an ultrasonic sensor installed on the body of heavy equipment, and sensing the approach of an object including a human body and an article; a camera sensor installed on the body of the heavy equipment, and generating an image of surroundings of the heavy equipment by photographing the surroundings of the heavy equipment; a warning generation device installed on the body of the heavy equipment, and generating an approach warning alarm including a warning sound and warning light by including a speaker outputting the warning sound and at least one warning lamp emitting a warning light; and a control device installed on the body of the heavy equipment, obtaining the image of the surroundings of the heavy equipment by operating the camera sensor when an object is sensed through the ultrasonic sensor, detecting an object′s image in the image of the surroundings of the heavy equipment by primarily decoding the image of the surroundings of the heavy equipment, and outputting the approach warning alarm through the warning generation device only when the detected object image is a human image. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing accidents caused by the operation of heavy equipment.
