Coating composition with inorganic-elasticity and concrete waterproofing and water repellent method using thereof
The present invention relates to an elastic inorganic coating composition applied on a concrete base material, which comprises: 35 to 45 parts by weight of a first composition, 25 to 35 parts by weight of a second composition, 3 to 7 parts by weight of an inorganic elastic resin unit, 8 to 12 parts by weight of an inorganic elastic powder unit, 3 to 7 parts by weight of a water-soluble acrylic resin, and 8 to 12 parts by weight of cement or glass bead. The first composition includes silica, a powder resin, an antimicrobial agent, white cement, a hydrophobic additive, a thickening agent, cellulose fiber, and a curing accelerator. The second composition includes a silyl compound, an organosilane compound, amino siloxane, an aqueous acryl resin, a pH stabilizer, and a chelating agent. The content of the second composition relative to that of the first composition is 0.7 to 0.8. The elastic inorganic coating composition is applied to a concrete base material to provide waterproofing and water-repellent properties.
콘크리트 기재에 도포되는 탄성 무기질 도막 조성물에 관한 것으로, 제 1 조성물 35~45 중량부, 제 2 조성물 25~35 중량부, 무기질 탄성 수지부 3~7 중량부, 무기질 탄성 분체부 8~12 중량부, 수용성 아크릴 수지 3~7 중량부, 시멘트 또는 글라스비드 8~12 중량부를 포함하고, 제 1 조성물은 규사, 분말수지, 항균제, 백색시멘트, 소수성 첨가제, 증점제, 셀룰로오스 섬유, 경화촉진제를 포함하고, 제 2 조성물은 실릴 화합물, 유기실란 화합물, 아미노 실록산, 수성 아크릴 수지, pH 안정제, 킬레이트제를 포함하며, 제 1 조성물 대비 제 2 조성물의 함량을 0.7 내지 0.8로 하는 콘크리트 기재에 도포되어 방수, 발수능을 부여하는 탄성 무기질 도막 조성물을 제공한다.
