4 Non-exposed type four layers complex waterproofing method using flexible polyurethane film waterproofing material
The present invention relates to a non-exposure quadruple composite waterproof construction method using a soft polyurethane film waterproof material, comprising the following processes of: (1) checking a wet state of a waterproof construction surface; (2) cleaning the construction surface whose wet state is checked; (3) applying primer to the cleaned construction surface; (4) overlapping watertight polyester sheets immediately after applying a primary waterproof agent after the primer is dried to be tack-free; (5) overlapping honeycomb PVC synthetic polymer sheets immediately after applying a secondary waterproof agent to the primary waterproof agent and the watertight polyester sheets; (6) affixing joint tape to a joint where the honeycomb PVC synthetic polymer sheets are overlapped after the secondary waterproof agent is completely dried; and (7) applying a sealant for reinforcement after the joint tape is affixed. According to the present invention, the non-exposure quadruple composite waterproof construction method using a soft polyurethane film waterproof material is provided to use a soft polyurethane film waterproof agent and PVC sheets recycling conventional ordinary PVC to provide waterproof power comparable to or higher than a general composite waterproof construction method by using eco-friendly and economic PVC sheets with improved material properties and elongation percentages.
본 발명은 연질 폴리우레탄 도막방수재를 이용한 비노출형 4중 복합방수 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, (1) 방수 시공면의 습윤상태 확인하는 공정, (2) 상기 습윤상태 확인된 시공면을 정리하는 공정, (3) 상기 정리된 시공면에 프라이머를 도포하는 공정, (4) 상기 프라이머가 지촉 건조 후 1차 방수제를 도포하면서 바로 이어서 수밀성 폴리에스테르 시트를 겹침 시공하는 공정, (5) 상기 1차 방수제 및 상기 수밀성 폴리에스테르 시트에 2차 방수제를 도포하면서 바로 이어서 허니컴 PVC 합성고분자 시트를 겹침 시공하는 공정, (6) 상기 2차 방수제가 완전 건조 후 상기 허니컴 PVC 합성고분자 시트가 겹침 시공된 이음새(죠인트)에 죠인트 테이프를 시공하는 공정, 및 (7) 상기 죠인트 테이프 시공 완료 후 실란트를 시공하여 보강하는 공정을 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 연질 폴리우레탄 도막방수재를 이용한 비노출형 4중 복합방수 시공방법을 제공함으로써, 연질 폴리우레탄 도막방수제 및 기존의 일반 PVC를 재활용한 PVC 시트를 사용하여 친환경적이고 경제적이면서도, 물성 및 신장률이 향상된 PVC 시트를 사용하여 일반적인 복합 방수공법에 준하는 방수력 또는 그 이상의 방수력을 나타내는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 연질 폴리우레탄 도막방수재를 이용한 비노출형 4중 복합방수 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, (1) 방수 시공면의 습윤상태 확인하는 공정, (2) 상기 습윤상태 확인된 시공면을 정리하는 공정, (3) 상기 정리된 시공면에 프라이머를 도포하는 공정, (4) 상기 프라이머가 지촉 건조 후 1차 방수제를 도포하면서 바로 이어서 수밀성 폴리에스테르 시트를 겹침 시공하는 공정, (5) 상기 1차 방수제 및 상기 수밀성 폴리에스테르 시트에 2차 방수제를 도포하면서 바로 이어서 허니컴 PVC 합성고분자 시트를 겹침 시공하는 공정, (6) 상기 2차 방수제가 완전 건조 후 상기 허니컴 PVC 합성고분자 시트가 겹침 시공된 이음새(죠인트)에 죠인트 테이프를 시공하는 공정, 및 (7) 상기 죠인트 테이프 시공 완료 후 실란트를 시공하여 보강하는 공정을 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 연질 폴리우레탄 도막방수재를 이용한 비노출형 4중 복합방수 시공방법을 제공함으로써, 연질 폴리우레탄 도막방수제 및 기존의 일반 PVC를 재활용한 PVC 시트를 사용하여 친환경적이고 경제적이면서도, 물성 및 신장률이 향상된 PVC 시트를 사용하여 일반적인 복합 방수공법에 준하는 방수력 또는 그 이상의 방수력을 나타내는 효과가 있다.
