SEALING DOOR APPARATUS AND SEALED CHAMBER APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
The present invention provides a sealing door device capable of effectively and stably sealing a sealing chamber, wherein the sealing door device has a compact opening and closing structure, and a sealing chamber device having the same. According to the present invention, the sealing door device includes: a door assembly installed to relatively move on a chamber housing to open and close an opening of the chamber housing; a door driving device providing a driving force to move the door assembly; and a fixed stopper for the door assembly to be partially in contact with the stopper while the door assembly faces the opening. The door assembly includes: an outer door receiving a linear moving force from the door driving device to linearly reciprocate to approach the stopper or to be far away from the stopper; a sealing door linearly moving with the outer door and connected to the outer door to seal the opening by moving to be far away from the outer door by being in contact with the stopper; multiple links, wherein one side of the multiple links is connected to the outer door by a pivot and the other side is connected to the sealing door by the pivot so that the multiple links can support the sealing door to move the sealing door while the sealing door faces the outer door; and a return device applying power to the sealing door in a direction in which the sealing door approaches the outer door.
본 발명은 개폐 구조가 콤팩트하고, 더욱 효과적이고 안정적으로 밀폐 챔버를 밀폐할 수 있는 밀폐 도어 장치 및 이를 갖는 밀폐 챔버 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 밀폐 도어 장치는, 챔버 하우징의 개구를 개폐할 수 있도록 챔버 하우징에 대해 상대 이동 가능하게 배치되는 도어 어셈블리와, 도어 어셈블리를 움직이기 위한 구동력을 제공하는 도어 구동장치와, 도어 어셈블리가 개구와 마주하도록 위치한 상태에서 도어 어셈블리가 부분적으로 접할 수 있도록 고정 설치되는 스토퍼를 포함한다. 도어 어셈블리는, 스토퍼에 접근하는 방향 또는 스토퍼로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 직선왕복 이동할 수 있도록 도어 구동장치로부터 직선 이동력을 제공받는 외부 도어와, 외부 도어와 함께 직선 이동하되, 스토퍼에 접하여 외부 도어로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 움직여 개구를 밀폐할 수 있도록 외부 도어에 결합되는 밀폐 도어와, 일측이 외부 도어에 피봇 결합되고, 다른 일측이 밀폐 도어에 피봇 결합되어 밀폐 도어를 외부 도어와 마주한 상태로 이동 가능하게 지지하는 복수의 링크와, 밀폐 도어에 대해 외부 도어에 접근하는 방향으로 힘을 가하는 리턴기구를 포함한다.
