The present invention relates to a deck plate integrated with an insulator, which comprises: a steel plate formed with a predetermined length and width, and having a plurality of trapezoid-shaped sliding grooves which are bent in multiple stages to be formed in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate; an insulator joined to a bottom surface of the steel plate; a truss girder comprising an upper rebar formed in a longitudinal direction, a lattice rebar fixed on both side surfaces of the upper rebar in zigzags to form a triangle shape, and a lower rebar fixed in the longitudinal direction of a lower portion of the lattice rebar for the lower rebar to be fixed to the sliding grooves of the steel plate; and a fixing block formed in a trapezoid shape to be slidably inserted into the sliding grooves and fixed to both side walls of the sliding grooves while the lower rebar of the truss girder is inserted into and fixed to the fixing block from an upper portion.
본 발명은 일정 길이와 폭으로 이루어지며, 다단 절곡되어 사다리꼴로 된 다수의 슬라이딩홈이 길이방향으로 형성된 강판; 상기 강판의 저면에 접합되는 단열재; 길이 방향으로 형성된 상부철근, 상기 상부철근의 양 측면에 삼각형상을 이루도록 지그재그로 고정된 래티스 철근, 상기 래티스 철근의 하부에 길이 방향으로 고정된 하부철근으로 이루어져 상기 하부철근이 상기 강판의 슬라이딩 홈에 고정되는 트러스거더; 및 상기 슬라이딩홈에 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼워지도록 사다리꼴로 이루어지며, 상기 트러스거더의 하부철근이 상부로부터 끼워져 고정됨과 동시에 상기 슬라이딩홈의 양측벽에 고정되는 고정블록을 포함하는 단열재 일체형 데크플레이트에 관한 것이다.
