The present invention relates to a connector for scaffolding pipes, comprising: a scaffolding pipe body having a through-hole therein; a connecting unit one side of which is fixed to the scaffolding pipe, and which consists of one pair of plates having first recesses vertically formed on mutually opposing surfaces and second recesses formed in a shape corresponding to the outer surface of one side of a bolt; a connecting groove which is an opening on an upper side of the connecting unit to form an angular U-shaped connecting space; a first insertion portion formed to vertically penetrate the connecting unit by mutual coupling of the first recesses; a second insertion portion formed on an inner side of the connecting unit to have a shape corresponding to the outer surface of a bolt head by mutual coupling of the second recesses; a moving bar coupled to the inside of the first insertion portion to be movable upward and downward, and having an inclined surface formed on an outer side to press the outer circumferential surface of the scaffolding pipe connected to the connecting groove; and a connecting means including a bolt and a nut, wherein the bolt is composed of the bolt head seated in the second insertion portion and a bolt shaft portion formed on a side of the bolt head to be inserted into the through-hole, and the nut is coupled and fixed to an end of the bolt shaft portion.
본 발명은 비계파이프 결합용 체결장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 관통공이 형성된 비계파이프 몸체와, 상기 비계파이프 몸체에 일측면이 고정되며, 상호 대향면에 상하로 함몰 형성된 제1 함몰부와, 볼트머리의 일측 외면에 대응되는 형상으로 함몰 형성된 제2 함몰부가 형성된 한 쌍의 플레이트가 결합된 체결구와, 상기 체결구의 상측이 개구되어, ㄷ자 형태의 체결 공간을 형성하는 체결홈과, 상기 제1 함몰부의 상호 결합에 의하여 상기 체결구의 내측에 상하로 관통 형성되는 제1 삽입부와, 상기 제2 함몰부의 상호 결합에 의하여 상기 체결구의 내측에 볼트머리의 외면과 대응되는 형상으로 형성되는 제2 삽입부와, 상기 제1 삽입부의 내부에 상하방향으로 이동 가능하도록 결합되되, 외측면에 경사면이 형성되어 상기 체결홈에 결합된 비계파이프의 외주면을 가압하는 이동바와, 상기 제2 삽입부에 안착되는 볼트머리와 상기 볼트머리 일측에 형성되어 상기 관통공에 삽입되는 볼트축부가 형성된 볼트와, 상기 볼트축부의 단부에 체결되어 고정되는 너트를 포함하는 체결수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 비계파이프 결합용 체결장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 관통공이 형성된 비계파이프 몸체와, 상기 비계파이프 몸체에 일측면이 고정되며, 상호 대향면에 상하로 함몰 형성된 제1 함몰부와, 볼트머리의 일측 외면에 대응되는 형상으로 함몰 형성된 제2 함몰부가 형성된 한 쌍의 플레이트가 결합된 체결구와, 상기 체결구의 상측이 개구되어, ㄷ자 형태의 체결 공간을 형성하는 체결홈과, 상기 제1 함몰부의 상호 결합에 의하여 상기 체결구의 내측에 상하로 관통 형성되는 제1 삽입부와, 상기 제2 함몰부의 상호 결합에 의하여 상기 체결구의 내측에 볼트머리의 외면과 대응되는 형상으로 형성되는 제2 삽입부와, 상기 제1 삽입부의 내부에 상하방향으로 이동 가능하도록 결합되되, 외측면에 경사면이 형성되어 상기 체결홈에 결합된 비계파이프의 외주면을 가압하는 이동바와, 상기 제2 삽입부에 안착되는 볼트머리와 상기 볼트머리 일측에 형성되어 상기 관통공에 삽입되는 볼트축부가 형성된 볼트와, 상기 볼트축부의 단부에 체결되어 고정되는 너트를 포함하는 체결수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
