The present invention provides a rail stopper for a sliding window, wherein a support bracket is forcibly inserted into a main body, and the support bracket is forcibly inserted into a rail to be constructed in a set position. 본 발명은 본체에 지지 브래킷을 강제로 끼워서 조립하고, 이 지지 브래킷을 레일에 강제로 끼워서 정해진 위치에 시공할 수 있게 구성하므로, 고정수단을 이용하지 않고도 누구든지 쉽고 편리하게 레일 스토퍼를 장착하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있게 한 슬라이딩 창호용 레일 스토퍼를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 레일 스토퍼를 레일에 강제로 끼워서 창호 틀의 하부 프레임의 길이 끝쪽으로 강제로 밀면 레일 스토퍼 장착이 끝나므로, 누구든지 쉽게 정해진 위치에 레일 스토퍼를 장착하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있게 한 슬라이딩 창호용 레일 스토퍼를 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다.
