Prefab Lightweight Grating
The present invention relates to a prefabricated lightweight grating for use in drains installed on the kitchen floor of a restaurant or on the floor of a bath or a swimming pool that uses a lot of water, as well as an air vent that supplies cold and hot air through a floor or a ceiling for indoor cooling and heating. The prefabricated lightweight grating of the present invention comprises: several main bars (10); two fixed front and rear bars (40); a plurality of space bars (30) interposed between the main bars and the fixed bars to separate the main bars and the fixed bars at regular intervals; several crossbars (20) for coupling the main bars, the fixed bars, and the space bars to be penetrated and fastening and fixing the same; and a frame (50) in which an assembly (A) assembled by the main bars and the fixed bars, and the space bars and the crossbars is mounted therein.
본 발명은, 물을 많이 사용하는 식당의 주방 또는 목욕탕이나 수영장 등의 바닥에 시설되는 하수구나 배수구는 물론 옥내의 냉·난방을 위해 바닥이나 천장을 통해 냉·온풍을 공급하게 시설되는 송풍구 등에 사용하게 경량으로 제작되는 조립식 경량 그레이팅에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명 조립식 경량 그레이팅은, 수개의 메인바(10)와, 전후 2개의 고정바(40)와, 상기 메인바와 고정바들이 일정간격으로 격리되게 이들 사이에 개재되는 다수의 스페이스바(30)들과, 상기 메인바와 고정바 및 스페이스바들을 관통하게 결합하여 이들을 결속고정하는 수개의 크로스바(20)들과, 상기 메인바와 고정바 및 스페이스바와 크로스바에 의해 조립되는 조립체(A)가 내부에 장착되는 프레임(50)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
