The present invention relates to a window screen for blocking fine dust, which has a screen hole of a size capable of blocking fine dust and, more particularly, to a window screen for blocking fine dust, in which the size of a screen hole is fixed by selecting low-melting polyester filament-twisted yarns with 150-225 denier and 40-80 filler standard as first warps and first weft yarns, disposing the first warps and the first weft yarns such that the interval between the first warps and between the first weft yarns is 1.27-1.69 mm, selecting polyester monofilaments having 10-50 denier as second warps and second wefts between the first warps and between the first wefts, and respectively disposing 3-10 of the second warps and the second wefts between the first warps and between the first wefts at equal intervals, such that the horizontal and vertical lengths of the screen is 0.08-0.3 mm, tentering woven screen fabric at a temperature of 170-180°C or ironing the same with a hot-press roller, such that the intersections of the first warps and the first wefts are joined while flattening the woven screen fabric, and joining the intersections of the second warps and the second wefts touching the first warps and the first wefts.
본 발명은 미세먼지를 차단할 수 있는 크기의 망구멍을 가지는 미세먼지 차단용 방충망에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 150∼225데니어, 40∼80필러 규격을 가지는 저융점폴리에스텔필라멘트합연사를 제1경사와 제2위사로 선택하여 제1경사와 제1경사 및 제1위사와 제1위사 간격이 1.27∼1.69mm가 되게 배치하고, 제1경사와 제1경사 사이 및 제1위사와 제1위사 사이에 10∼50데니어 굵기를 가지는 폴리에스텔모노필라멘트를 제2경사와 제2위사로 선택하여 제2경사와 제2위사를 제1경사와 제1경사 사이 및 제1위사와 제1위사 사이에 3∼10개를 등간격에 배치함으로써, 망의 가로세로 길이가 0.08∼0.3mm 되게 하고, 제직된 망지를 170∼180℃ 온도에서 텐터처리하거나, 가열압착롤러로 다림질하여 평평하게 하면서 제1경사와 제1위사의 교차부를 서로 접합시키고, 제1경사와 제1위사에 접촉하는 제2경사와 제2위사의 교차부를 접합시켜 망구멍의 크기가 고정되게 한 미세먼지 차단용 방충망이다.
