Manufacturing equipment and method for vacuum pair glass
According to the present invention, an apparatus for manufacturing vacuum pair glass can perform ventilation and sealing finishing of a space portion between double-layer glass plates in a state in which a spacer is inserted between the glass plates. The apparatus comprises: a lower spacer disposed in a lower portion of the glass plates of the spacer, and having a through hole that connects the space portion to the outside between the glass plates in a predetermined location; and a ventilation and sealing unit ventilating air and moisture in the space portion between the glass plates in a state in which the ventilation and sealing unit comes in close contact with the through hole of the lower spacer by being inserted to cover the through hole, and sealing finishing the through hole of the lower spacer by blocking the through hole with partial melted sealants when a vacuum state is formed after the ventilation is completed.
본 발명의 진공 복층유리의 제조장치는, 두겹의 유리판 사이에 간봉(spacer)를 끼운 상태로 유리판 사이 공간부를 배기 및 실링 마감하는 진공 복층유리의 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 간봉 중에서 유리판의 하부에 배치되고 소정 위치에 유리판 사이 공간부와 외부를 연결하는 통공을 갖는 하부 스페이서; 상기 하부 스페이서의 통공을 감싸도록 끼워져 밀착된 상태로 유리판 사이의 공간부에 있는 공기와 수분을 배기하고, 배기가 완료되어 진공상태가 되면 상기 하부 스페이서의 통공을 일부 용융된 실런트로 막아 실링 마감하는 배기 및 실링 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
