Eco-friendly antifungal artificial turf structure
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly antifungal type artificial turf structure, comprising: a pile yarn for artificial turf; a bubble sheet to which the pile yarn is turfed to be fixed; and a coating layer coated on a rear surface of the bubble sheet to fix the pile yarn to the bubble sheet. The pile yarn, based on 100 parts by weight of the pile yarn, comprises: 95-98 parts by weight of polyethylene; 0.4-0.6 parts by weight of mineral colorant; 1.2-1.4 parts by weight of UV stabilizer; and 0.4-3 parts by weight of antifungal type composition.
본 발명은 인조잔디용 파일원사; 상기 파일원사가 터프팅되어 고정되는 기포지; 및 상기 기포지 이면에 코팅되어 상기 파일원사를 상기 기포지에 고정시키는 코팅층;을 포함하고, 상기 파일원사는 상기 파일원사 100중량부를 기준으로, 폴리에틸렌(PE, polyethylene) 95중량부 내지 98중량부, 무기질 안료 0.4중량부 내지 0.6중량부, UV 안정제 1.2중량부 내지 1.4중량부, 항균성 조성물 0.4중량부 내지 3중량부로 이루어지는 친환경 항균성 인조잔디 구조체에 관한 것이다.
